Set within the Chambercombe Valley you will be a short stroll from the historic Chambercombe Manor and tearooms. The town of Ilfracombe is a 20-minute walk away (please note the return journey is quite steep) and offers a choice of shops restaurants and pubs with a beach theatre aquarium and harbour for fishing trips and day trips to Lundy Island aboard the Oldenburg. There is much to see and do in North Devon with attractions including Watermouth Castle Valley of The Rocks Lynton Cliff Railway and Arlington Court. You can also discover some of Devon s most breath-taking scenery not just the sandy beaches and hidden coves but also the rugged landscapes of Exmoor National Park. This delightful property has been furnished with handmade soft furnishings original artwork and antique furniture giving it plenty of character. On the ground floor you ll find the well-equipped kitchen which offers a tiled floor with oven fridge freezer washing machine and microwave. The lounge/diner is a spacious room with a dining table at one end and comfy sofas and TV/DVD at the other end. Stairs lead from the lounge up to the three bedrooms. There is one double with en-suite shower cubicle and WC and a twin room with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a further gallery-style double room which is approached via a second staircase and offers an en-suite bathroom and WC. Outside there is private enclosed patio with seating and further communal use of the grounds. There is ample parking.
