Ideally situated for exploring the whole of Cornwall with beaches and sheltered coves to the north and south. The spacious property is set 100 metres off the main road along a private drive shared with the owners and is within easy reach of many attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood and Launceston Steam Railway. Closer to home is the Trethorne Leisure Park and Golf Club (2 miles) and the Camel Trail which is within easy reach from the property. In the evenings visit the centre of Launceston with its shops pubs and restaurants or enjoy walking the farmland.
