A large detached property on the Northam Burrows this property stands a short distance away from Westward Ho! and its popular beach. Guests will therefore be able to have fun on the beach s golden sands as well as explore the shops pubs and restaurants in the town. Golfers can test their skills on Westward Ho! s championship course whereas hikers can stretch their legs on the South West Coast Path s clifftop walks. The surrounding area is also full of locations to take a memorable day trip from a visit to Lundy Island or Tapeley Park to spending time at the Milky Way or The Big Sheep. Bideford with its open air markets is another popular day trip destination for holiday makers. On the ground floor the property has an open-plan lounge/kitchen that can seat six people and is equipped with Freesat TV and a DVD player. There is also a smaller lounge for 4 which also has Freesat TV and DVD. The open-plan kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor there is one twin bedroom a WC and a games room with table football. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with sea views (one has an extra single bed) one double bedroom with views of Northam Burrows and one bunk bedroom. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower over bath and WC one with a shower cubicle and WC. Outside the property there is an enclosed patio and enough off-road parking for several cars on the driveway.
