Wonderful holiday in a lovely location
Our family of 2 adults and 2 boys and 7 and 5 had a wonderful time in Ilfracombe. The apartment was very good - clean, spacious and very comfortable beds. The parking was a little tricky, but with the permit and map provided we managed ok. It would be helpful if the carparks which allowed the use of the permit were actually marked on the map instead of just having their names listed as we didn't know which carpark was which. This was easily solved though by visiting the Tourist Information Centre (5 minutes walk) where they marked our map for us.
The apartment was well equipped for all our needs and the boys loved the bunk beds! The position was ideal - 2 minutes walk to the harbour, restaurants and beach.
We came home and booked to go straight back to Devon in the summer!
