We found the property very well equipped and in excellent condition. Despite visiting in February, the property was warm and comfortable, a fantastic base for exploring Cornwall. The Children loved the cottage and the location on a working farm. We'd definitely return to the Chestnut Tree and would recommend as a great home from home.
