An ideal base for a relaxing holiday you are on the edge of the owners 100 acre sheep and arable farm. You will also be a short drive to a range of beaches sheltered coves and fishing villages as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project (10 minutes drive) Lanhydrock mountain bike trails (5 miles away) The Tall Ships at Charlestown Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties and gardens and the fishing villages of Fowey Looe and Polperro. In the evenings enjoy some lovely walks direct from the property relax in the enclosed garden or visit one of many nearby family pubs serving good food. Farm activities: by arrangement with the owner guests are welcome to help feed the pigs lambs and chickens and collect eggs (please note activities are seasonal). Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no pets or smoking in the property. Location: safe sandy beach 3 miles pub restaurants and shops 2 miles away in Lostwithiel. The accommodation forms the main part of the barn with a private annexe for 2 people attached (see LCARM) and offers THREE bedrooms: all large rooms with TVs. Upstairs 1 king-size with additional single bed and en-suite shower room with WC. Downstairs 1 family double bedroom with king-size bed TV DVD and mezzanine floor with twin beds en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. 1 further downstairs double with en-suite shower room and WC with wheelchair access. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with rangemaster cooker fridge/freezer washing machine dishwasher microwave TV and DVD. Upstairs there is also a large gallery/seating area with magnificent views over garden and countryside towards the sea. Outside: enclosed garden/patio area overlooking fields with seating and BBQ.
