Just a five-minute walk away from the bungalow is the charming and pretty village of Appledore. Here you can enjoy a traditional seaside day and wander the galleries and snacking on treats in cafes. If you would rather spend time at the beach Westward Ho! is just five minutes by car where you will be able to lounge in the sun and try your hand at surfing. Inland are the rugged moors of Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks which are famous for wildlife walking outdoor adventure and quaint villages. The bungalow offers three bedrooms which sleep six guests plus one. The master double bedroom has a TV/DVD and estuary views and both twin bedrooms have TV/DVDs and zip-and-link beds which can be made into doubles on request. There is one bathroom with a handheld shower and WC as well as a shower room with shower cubicle and WC. The cosy lounge which has an electric fire TV/DVD is a comfortably room for evenings spent in with board games and friends. If you choose to stay in and cook rather than go out the kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and tumble dryer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. The property also boasts a beautiful conservatory where you can dine or relax with views down through the garden and onto the estuary below. The property is complimented by its extensive outdoor area. The conservatory leads out onto a sunny paved terrace via a few steps with a handrail and then onto a lawn area with sheltered decking and outdoor seating area. At the bottom of the garden is further seating and a covered miniature pond. Take in the views from The Lookout a partly open and timber structure which has uninterrupted views - an ideal place for evenings spent drinking wine with loved ones. There is also a BBQ available plenty of garden furniture and a garage with table tennis and plenty of storage for surfboards and bicycles. Ample parking is available
