Conveniently located just off Irsha Street and within easy walking distance of the bustling quayside of this vibrant fishing village it provides a great base for a holiday. Appledore itself provides a great seaside retreat for those who want to relax and enjoy a simpler pace of life and boasts a selection of pubs maritime museum and varied selection of art and craft galleries. Other activities nearby include visits to the Big Sheep and Milky Way theme parks golf surfing fishing sailing or just relaxing on the stunning sandy beaches that North Devon is famed for. The surfing beach at Westward Ho! is just a 5 minute drive and caters for surfers bathers and families . You will also be conveniently close to the Tarka Trail making this a perfect location for walking and cycling and the popular market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple both offering an array of amenities. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 single room with additional pull-out single bed (suitable for sleeping an additional person) approached by steep cottage style stairs. Shower room: with WC on the ground floor and accessed via the kitchen. Lounge/diner: with TV and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: compact galley style with electric oven and hob fridge freezer and microwave. Outside: small patio area to the front of the property (neighbouring properties have right of way over this) with seating. Amenities: public parking can be found close-by and it is possible to purchase a weekly pass for the nearby car park. Bed linen electric central heating and Free WiFi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 1 mile and selection of pubs shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
