Estupendo apartamento a 30 metros de la playa

Nada más llegar nos impresionó lo realmente cerca de la playa que está el apartamento y lo cuidado que estaba el mobiliario.

Todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. La terraza fantástica con unas vistas preciosas, y el trastero que no se menciona en el anuncio nos permitió guardar sombrilla, carrito y maletas sin ocupar sitio en el apartamento.

Nuestra hija de dos años disfrutó muchísimo y nosotros pudimos descansar.

Al tratarse de una urbanización muy pequeña, teníamos la piscina prácticamente para nosotros solos.

La playa con poca gente y muy tranquila. Ideal para ir con niños ya que no cubre más allá de la rodilla hasta adentrarse mucho en el agua.

La zona es muy tranquila con los comercios imprescindibles a solo unos metros (farmacia, colmado y restaurante).

María Luisa y Roberto, muy atentos y agradables, nos dejaron agua fresca, leche y galletas a la llegada, y nos pusieron una cuna de madera (no de viaje, como suele ser habitual) y trona para la niña .

Totalmente recomendable.

Wonderful home steps to beautiful beach.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Very safe neighborhood and the home was just steps to the beach. There's a very nice pool that we had all to ourselves most of the time. This home is right across from a small general store and restaurant and an ice cream shop. You really need a car if you want to go into town or do some sightseeing. The best part about renting this home was Roberto the owner. Very responsive and helpful and even helped us with reservations as none of us spoke Spanish! Can't recommend it enough!

Perfect location for families.

Clean and well-maintained apartment with perfect sea view. Less then 50 meters to coast line from one side and all necessary (small shop, restaurant, pharmacy, good bakery) on street side. Very hospitality owners Marisa and Roberto are always ready to help in any problems. My family spent beautiful month here.

What more could you wish for? Nothing!

We have stayed at this apartment twice and at Roberto's house, which is further up the coast towards Oliva, once in the past 15 months. On all three occasions Roberto has been prompt and efficient with the booking procedure. The apartment is in a fabulous location, as you can see from the photograph, which is taken from the apartment's terrace. The property is secure, well equipped and extremely clean. There is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar/restaurant behind the apartment and another cafe and hairdressers' further down the road - with seasonal opening hours. If you are happy to eat at Pepe's Camping (absolutely fine, great steaks) and the bar near the apartment, and go to the beach every day, you could manage without a car, although you would need to book a taxi from the airport. We cannot recommend the apartment and the house enough. In fact, we love that stretch of beach and the surrounding area so much we are planning to move there later this year. So, you could come for a holiday and leave as potential property owners!

Nice apartment - great access to a gorgeous beach

A nice apartment with easy access to the huge Oliva beach. The balcony overlooks the path leading to the beach (per the photo) with a well tended garden and very clean shared pool. I initially booked the owners (Roberts and Marisa) other property the other side of Oliva in error (which is just as impressive). The way Roberto managed the situation was exemplary making sure that we were comfortable and settled in to the correct property with a very personal touch. This apartment would suit a mature couple (although some steps to the second floor) or family with young children. The immediate area has a supermarket, small restaurant and parking in very easy reach.

Lovely apartment, fantastic beach location

The apartment is great, had everything we needed. Loved being able to sit outside to eat or have a drink and look at the beach and listen to the waves. Fabulous roof terrace, again with view of the beach of course.

Just across the road there is a convenience store (time it right and the bread will still be warm) and a bar that offers food.

Great for families or couples, the beach is beautiful and right on your door step.
