Two bedroom apartment with a 50m2 private terrace facing the sea. Community pool in the garden a few meters from the dunes.
Residential area with all amenities close and open all year as bar-cafeteria, restaurant, ice cream shop, supermarket, grocery store, bakery and pharmacy.
Sports Center with BBQ restaurant a few meters away. You can spend the holidays without getting into the car.
A nice apartment with easy access to the huge Oliva beach. The balcony overlooks the path leading to the beach (per the photo) with a well tended garden and very clean shared pool. I initially booked the owners (Roberts and Marisa) other property the other side of Oliva in error (which is just as impressive). The way Roberto managed the situation was exemplary making sure that we were comfortable and settled in to the correct property with a very personal touch. This apartment would suit a mature couple (although some steps to the second floor) or family with young children. The immediate area has a supermarket, small restaurant and parking in very easy reach.
The apartment is great, had everything we needed. Loved being able to sit outside to eat or have a drink and look at the beach and listen to the waves. Fabulous roof terrace, again with view of the beach of course.
Just across the road there is a convenience store (time it right and the bread will still be warm) and a bar that offers food.
Great for families or couples, the beach is beautiful and right on your door step.
We were here slightly before the season started and it was relatively quiet - perfect for us! The apartment is exactly as advertised and just a few seconds' walk from a fabulous beach. The scent of orange blossom was in the air all day and night. Roberto, who speaks and writes excellent English, was very prompt when replying to emails and texts. There is a small supermarket across the road. There are also two cafes nearby, but they were closed at this time of year during the week. Pepe's Camping is a few minutes' walk up the beach and my husband had two excellent steaks there. Los Banos bar at Playa Les Deveses towards Denia and Tenere restaurant at Guacamayo Playa are both situated facing the beach. The Indian Haweli restaurant, also on the road to Denia, is worth a visit. There are some inland towns, such as Pego, Adsubia, Jalon and Benissa, that have some interesting architecture and churches. But really, it is the beach that makes this location so special.
Meine Freundin und ich verbrachten eine sehr enspannende Woche im März in der Wohnung. Meer, Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke und eine deutsche Bäckerei sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung, die Lage ist 1a, direkt am Strand! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir waren mit unserem Baby dort und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Auch ist die Anlage top gepflegt!
Der Blick von der Terrasse ist toll. Man kann fußläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurant erreichen.

The owners met us and were very friendly. The apartment is very clean, comfortable for family with children. Our children loved swimming pool very much. The situation is fantastic. We loved our holiday there and we'll be back.

All the running cost, Satellite TV, unlimited access to internet (Wi Fi), use of the communal pool, final cleaning and laundry ARE INCLUDED. The only single cost that is NOT INCLUDED is your electricity consumption. We will deduct it from your security deposit upon meter reading. We will charge at €0.25 per Kw/h. The average for a normal use of the apartment, (cooling or heating) with the central aircon unit, is around 40€/week, but depends very much on usage and/or weather.
