About the property

The area is popular with walkers with the rugged Bodmin Moor being within a few miles and the sandy beaches of South Cornwall a short drive away. The regional city of Plymouth is also close by with its Hoe Barbican National Marine Aquarium St Mellion International Golf Course and other attractions including Flambards Theme Park The Eden Project and more. The stunning north and south coasts are easily accessible with Polperro and Looe an easy drive and for the little ones the Tamar Valley Donkey Park and indoor play area is great on wet weather days. From the parking area a ramp or flight of steps takes you to the front door leading you through into the open plan kitchen/diner. On a sunny day open the French doors to the south facing veranda flooding this room with sunshine and warmth. The kitchen area is perfectly equipped with an oven and gas hob dishwasher microwave and fridge/freezer allowing guests to cook up a storm or grab a quick snack before a day out. The dining table located next to the veranda comfortably seats 6 guests. Just off from the kitchen is a handy utility room with washing machine. The lounge area designed with beautiful exposed beams provides a comfortable space to relax and catch up with friends and family with sofas arranged around the cosy woodburner (logs provided) flat screen TV DVD and games console. The veranda can also be accessed through French doors from the lounge. The bedrooms in the bungalow are all good sizes the master consisiting of double bed with en-suite shower room and WC 1 double and 1 twin. The family bathroom is close by and offers a shower over bath with WC. Stepping outside guests have the option of enjoying the South facing veranda to the front of the property with BBQ and seating perfect for those wishing to dine alfresco. Alternatively there is a patio area to the side of the property again with garden furniture along with a small tiered lawned area to the rear. There is parking for 3 cars accessed via a shared driveway.
