Tucked away along a quiet country lane with views over unspoilt countryside and the River Camel it also gives visitors direct access to The Camel Trail which is great for walking and cycling between Padstow and Bodmin. Enjoy the beautiful private nature trail on the estate and the 1.5 mile stretch of the River Camel home to a wide array of British wildlife along with some of the best sea trout and salmon fishing spots in Cornwall. Opposite the estate is the award-winning Camel Vineyard so check the schedule for tastings and tours. A short car journey will take you to both of Cornwall s radically contrasting coastlines. The property is well-situated for those wanting to visit the area s top visitor attractions like the beaches at Polzeath Harlyn and Trevone and the quaint villages of Fowey Port Isaac Tintagel and Boscastle.
