You will be conveniently located within walking distance of Hartland Point and Hartland Quay which offer some truly fantastic views. Perfect location for keen walkers and lovers of wildlife being situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty 0.5 miles from the spectacular North Devon coastline and South West Coast Path. Hartland village is a couple of miles away and has a small selection of shops Post Office craft shops and pubs. Excellent sandy beaches can be found nearby in addition to many small coves. There are many attractions in the area to suit all tastes including Hartland Abbey the unique cliff-side fishing village of Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets The Milky Way Big Sheep Rosemoor Docton Mill and much more within an easy drive. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: situated upstairs 1 king-size double with en-suite shower room and separate WC 2 twin bedrooms (there is a permanent stairgate at the top of the stairs) and situated downstairs 1 king-size double. Bathroom: upstairs with hand held shower over bath and WC further downstairs bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD wi-fi and woodburner (logs included). Small children s room or snug just off the lounge. Kitchen: with Rangemaster electric cooker dishwasher microwave washing machine tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Utility room: located off the kitchen for storage and muddy paws. Outside: enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen Wi-Fi electric and central heating included. No smoking inside the property. 1 small dog welcome. Additional info: cake on arrival. Location: shops 2 miles beach and pub walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
