About the property

This property makes an ideal location for a holiday for those who like nothing more than to spend time relaxing at the seaside as there are a number of wonderful sandy beaches just a short drive away. The nearest of these is Saunton Sands just two miles from the property which is a well-appointed three-and-a-half-mile long stretch with a beachside cafe and a surf shop. Other beaches that are all within easy reach include Croyde Bay Woolacombe and the interesting Tunnels Beach in Ilfracombe which also boasts a tidal pool offering safe bathing in all conditions. As soon as guests arrive at this homely property they will be able to sit back and relax in the lounge/diner where comfortable seating is positioned to allow guests to enjoy the TV DVD and hi-fi. There is a door leading out from this room to the patio area allowing guests to choose whether they want to eat at the dining table or outside. An archway links this room to the kitchen where guests will find everything they need to make their favourite dishes including an electric oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine whilst a separate utility room houses the tumble dryer. One of the bedrooms a twin room is also located on the ground floor as is the bathroom which offers a shower over bath and WC. Upstairs guests will find an attractive double room that has exposed beams and a sloping ceiling meaning that there is some reduced head-height in some areas of the room. Outside the property there is a patio area with garden furniture making a great place to enjoy al fresco meals or a quiet early morning coffee whilst guests are also welcome to enjoy the four acres of shared grounds where there is a children s play area equipped with a climbing frame swings and a slide. The shared outdoor pool is always a hit with guests and it is available from May through until the end of September. There is ample off-road parking available.
