Walk a little further up onto the Hoe with its swimming pool beaches café bars and panoramic views across Plymouth harbour. Kitchen: on the first floor with dishwasher electric oven gas hob fridge/freezer microwave and many useful extras. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and a separate WC. There is also a cloakroom. Outside: terraced patio with BBQ and seating to the front of the property with water views. Amenities: 2 car driveway to the rear of the property.
