We stayed here, family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids aged 11, 8 and 4) for a weeks vacation in July. Great location, right beside the local bike trail network and close to essential local shops (inc the fabulous Bothy Bikes and also Backcountry.scot, a small supermarket and critically, a great fish and chip shop!). It was extremely comfortable, very clean, 4 excellent spacious bedrooms that were very well appointed, 2 bath/shower rooms and a kitchen that had everything we needed.
Kids also loved the garden for post-dinner races each night, which we hope did not create too much noise as the immediate neighborhood is extremely tranquil.
