About the property

This property enjoys a quiet location down a private lane just one mile outside the village of Killin. The village is well-known for its beauty and makes a lovely place to wander around stopping to enjoy the view of the Falls of Dochart on the western edge of Loch Tay. To the west of the property Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy a wide range of outdoor pursuits not only scenic walks but also canoeing sailing open-water swimming fishing climbing and cycling. For a change of scene the city of Perth lies within a thirty-five-minute drive of the property offering not only a fantastic range of shops and places to eat but also several museums and galleries and numerous historic sites including Scone Palace and Elcho Castle. Stepping inside this former-stable guests will find a comfortable and welcoming holiday home. It is easy for guests to make themselves at home in the lounge with its large corner sofa warming wood burner and TV/DVD and CD player. Next to the lounge a light-filled sun room offers guests a second space in which to relax and simply enjoy spending time together whilst looking out over the garden. Moving through to the kitchen/diner guests will find the dining table in the centre of the room as well as all the equipment they will need to prepare their favourite dishes including an oven hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms the first of which is a spacious double room which has a delightful seating area in front of the large window. The remaining two bedrooms meanwhile are both twin rooms. The bathroom offers a shower-over-bath next to which there is a separate WC. To the rear of the property there is a generously-sized garden which is mainly set to lawn with a patio seating area which has garden furniture making it the perfect place from which to enjoy the tranquillity of the peaceful surroundings. There is ample courtyard parking available.

Heerlijke woning met prachtig uitzicht op Bergen weide en koeien. Heerlijk afgezonderd. Wat moeilijk begaanbare weg. In Killin lekker pubs en restaurants/hotel. Prachtige waterval.
