The lounge offers comfortable seating to catch up after a day exploring the city sights there is a TV and DVD and hi-fi. The kitchen is down 5 steps from the lounge and has a gas hob electric oven fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher and microwave there is also a tall bar table and stools. Making your way upstairs to the first floor there is a single bedroom which is suitable for a child up to the age of 12 years old and a double bedroom. There is also a shower room. At the back of the property there is private parking for one car.

Wonderful location and great property for a couple, or couple traveling with a child
Edinburgh is a beautiful city, great for walking and this property is right in the heart of it all. Located a 10-15 minute easy walk from Waverley train station we quickly located the property and met with our hosts. After a brief tour of the property, we were unpacking and ready to explore Edinburgh. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and relaxing. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The apartment was quiet in the evening and at night, although during the day there is some construction going on at a new hotel across the street. As we were out enjoying Edinburgh during the day we did not find this to be an issue. Many pubs, restaurants, and food stores within minutes walk. With it's great central location we were able to walk to all the historic sites, museums, Arthur's Seat, Leith waterfront, Holyrood, Edinburgh castles etc. The apartment is a multilevel layout which is fine for young and fit older people (us), however could be a bit of an issue for seniors who find stairs a challenge. We would definitely recommend staying at this property to any of our friends and would look forward to returning ourselves. The property is an excellent value relative to other properties as well as hotels in Edinburgh.
