About Robin Perrin
My name is Robin and I was born and raised in Kerrville. My husband and I love this area so much that we returned here to semi-retire after living as missionaries overseas for the last 13 years. The Texas Hill Country is magical and we are just blessed to be able to enjoy this amazing property on the Guadalupe River!
Robin Perrin purchased this House in 2018
Why Robin Perrin chose Kerrville
This property was love at first sight! When our realtor showed us this home, I really never noticed anything in the house because I gravitated to the gorgeous Guadalupe Riverfront view out the back yard. It took a little effort to completely renovate but I think that you will agree that is was worth the wait.

We had a great time at this property. Came to Kerrville for a quick hiking trip at Lost Maples State Natural Area and spent the rest of the time relaxing at the house. Pretty backyard view of the river. And Lost Maples is amazing as far as trails go if you are looking for a challenging day hike. Thanks Robin, it was a great stay.
Kerrville River House
Our family spent Thanksgiving weekend at the River House, we had a fabulous time!
The house is beautiful and right on the river, views from the house are spectacular! The place is welcoming, comfy and very nicely decorated.
Robin the owner was very hospitable and gracious.
We would highly recommend this property!
This beautiful home boasts a classy interior with spacious rooms. The outside has many amenities to keep you busy, and downtown is right down the road. We will definitely be back!
WE LOVED THE LOCATION AND THE BACKYARD. THE HOUSE WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND CLEAN.
Vacation Retreat hidden in Kerrville
Property was conveniently located in the center of town hidden on a tributary river of the Guadalupe and you can see the Guadalupe from the porch also. We were in town for a golf tournament and it was cool and inviting. My friends and I sat on the porch each morning and enjoyed the cooler weather we had this last weekend. The King bed was great in my room. She said the Queen in the other was good, but she was not feeling well and said it was a little hard for her back.
Other than that, it is a brightly lit, clean place and you have great shopping, eating and hiking and trails right out your doors.
Thanks Robin for the wonderful place you allowed us to stay at.
Thanks Laurie for the kind words...y'all are welcome back anytime! Just wanted to clarify, this is directly on the Guadalupe and not a tributary. It may look like that though because the back of our property overlooks the Guadalupe onto "tranquility island" and when the trees aren't full, you can see the other side of the water behind that. This is my happy place! :)
Beautiful property on the river in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. Check in process was a breeze, house was very clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Added bonus of having bikes and kayaks. Will definitely be back next year!
Kayaking, Biking, Swimming, Fishing or just sipping tea on the large patio overlooking the Guadalupe River. Lots to enjoy here. Whether you are sending your child off to camp and need a place to "camp" yourself, or you are enjoying the Folk Festival or Arts & Crafts Fair, or one the concerts in the park, this is the place for you. July 4th you can watch the fireworks in the park from the back yard overlooking the water. Many love to take a wine tour in nearby Fredericksburg, TX just a 25 minute drive. Lots to do here!
