Comfortable 1st Floor apartment in quiet select location close to beach and town

This delightful apartment is in the quiet residential area of El Pinaret in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment is in a small private block with just 6 neighbors and has a spacious south facing balcony, perfect place to sit, eat and relax from breakfast right through till the evening. The apartment offers ideal accommodation for four people. The bedrooms and living room are bright and comfortably furnished and has air-conditioning/heating system. Two double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms (one en-suite). Lounge / dining room and separate fully fitted kitchen each opens onto balcony, which is 10 m2 (33 feet)

Apartment Hibiscus is in the much sort after location of Pinaret. A quiet residential area within easy walking distance (approx 200 meters) of the excellent beach and less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

Please restrict smoking to balcony.

Brilliant a real home from home.

Have stayed in a number of apartments in Pollenca and can honestly say this really impressed. Spotlessly clean and furnished in a traditional Spanish manner but with all modern amenities. Very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. A wonderful location for a short stroll to the sandy beach or just 10 mins walk from the square or pine walk. We were given a very warm welcome from Catalina and Antonia even though we were late arriving. Many thanks or allowing us the chance to enjoy their lovely home. I would certainly recommend this apartment to family or friends.

Lovely traditional Spanish Apartment

Super location and an excellent base from which to explore Puerto Pollenca.

We were there for a week with our son on leave from the RAF. Ample room for three adults with the two bathrooms.

When we weren't out and about, we were on the sunny balcony or chilling in the huge air conditioned lounge.

Thoroughly recommended.

A lovely apartment

We have just returned from a week's stay in this lovely apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there as the apartment is in a quiet area and walking distance to the lovely beach. The apartment was very clean and spacious and we loved the terrace and comfortable beds. We really hope to see Catalina and Antonia again in the not too distant future.

Clean, smart and well-located apartment

Very good location in a quiet but central neighbourhood and a quiet apartment block. The apartment was very clean with good quality kitchen and bathrooms/showers. Best feature was a fantastic balcony which links to the main sitting room and was perfect for breakfast and supper. The only weak point was the lack of basic foodstuffs such as salt and pepper on arrival but this is a very minor issue. Very good overall and highly recommended.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage

Wir waren dieses Jahr nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung. Sie war wie immer supersauber und ordentlich. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ist zentral gelegen (zum Meer sind es zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten) und es gibt nichts schöneres, als auf dem großen Balkon zu frühstücken. Catalina und Antonia sind sehr zuvorkommende und sympathische Vermieterinnen, die uns in diesem Urlaub auch mit Babybett und Hochstuhl versorgt haben. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Viele Grüße!

Lovely Apartment.

We have just returned from a week's stay in this lovely apartment.

Quiet area and only five minutes walk from the beautiful beach and promenade.

The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely large balcony.

It was equipped with everything we needed.

Catalina and Antonia were very nice people who made us feel very welcome.

We would definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to stay again.

Port of Pollensa has long been a favorite with holidaymakers, not only for the fact that it is a very beautiful place with many things to do, including golf and watersports, or just lazing around on the wonderful sandy beaches with the warm Mediterranean Sea to tempt you, but there are also many shops and supermarkets to cater for your every day needs and gifts within easy walking distance of the apartment. There is a market on Wednesday morning each week for food, crafts and other useful items. With many good restaurants offering international and Spanish fare, bars and clubs, there is no shortage of entertainment. Ten minutes drive (and there are buses too) will take you to either the old historical town of Pollensa (market on Sunday mornings) or Alcudia, also an interesting old town with a market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings.

Puerto Pollensa is at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range (now a UNESCO site) with its outstanding scenery and unique wildlife.
