A beautifully refurbished, ground floor, fully equipped studio apartment which sleeps 2 people and is directly linked to a 1 bedroom apartment, which sleeps up to 4 (1676791) – both are available to rent as one property on request. Due to a low ceiling there is a height restriction of 6ft 2 in (1.88 metres) in the studio,

The property is situated just 300 meters from two of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve, Sao Rafael and Arrifes, and only a 15 minutes’ walk to Albufeira Marina. Close by are a wide range of restaurants and bars to cater for everyone’s needs.

A recently refurbished property which comprises of a spacious lounge, dining and sleeping area, kitchen, shower room and large patio which links to a separate 1 bed apartment (which can be rented as one property on request). The apartment is fully air conditioned with TV, broadband and a music system.

On-site facilities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and snack bar.

The spacious lounge / dining area leads to a south facing patio, with large BBQ, and is well equipped with -

Clean, bright and cozy in a wonderful location.

This was perfect accommodation for me. Nicely appointed and easy walking distance to beaches. It was really enjoyable to sit out on the patio and watch the sunrise and sunset. Located in a very safe community with very limited traffic.

The studio comes with everything you need to make it a base for exploring the Algarve. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous!!

Stayed here for a week 23rd July 2017

What a fabulous studio exactly as you see it in the pictures. Has everything you need great shower, air conditioning and wifi. So quaint the colours and finishing touches we loved it.

The location was great few minutes walk from 2 fabulous beaches and very close to the marina. The old town was 5 euros in a taxi which we visited every night.

Casa Vela bar on the complex was great the pool and sunbeds always available and the people who run it are great too very helpful and friendly.

Would recommend this studio to all and will definitely be going back but would stay longer as was so great.

Richard who met us when we arrived is a true gent very helpful and friend,y too and was always available If needed him or had any questions and had all the essentials there for when we arrived.

Fabulous!!

Absolutely lovely studio apartment with everything in it you could wish for. Beautifully decorated, lovely little patio area which we used daily for breakfast and lunch. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. Beautiful beaches close by which we did visit because we had hired a car. Lots of lovely restaurants local too. Couldn't fault it and we will definitely be coming back.

Super studio!

I spent four nights in this charming studio apartment at the beginnig of June. The property was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom. A great deal of thought has gone into the decor and furnishings, with bright rugs, bed covers and comfortable chairs which really help to create a 'holiday' atmosphere.

The customer service was really good too, with plenty of information on things to do in the area and local attractions.

Open the door to the studio and you walk into a pretty courtyard style patio area equipped with barbecue and seating. Only a few yards away is the spotlessly clean swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds which I visited several times during my stay.

The location of this property could not be better if you are a beach lover, as it really is a five minute walk to the shoreline, and close to several more delightful beaches which all have super cafe/restaurant facilities offering a wide range of snacks and meals.

I will definitely be recommending this studio to my friends and hope to return myself in the near future!!
