Perfect family holiday home

Welcomed by the lovely host, José, who told us about the local area and places to visit. The home was superb. Well equipped, (although no kettle), well furnished, and very spacious - perfect for our young family of 5. The garden is ideal, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The local goat family are on hand for some laughs too.

The apartment area is very quiet and peaceful.

The secure garage is a great bonus.

We had great fun in the pool, easily big enough for the family to swim, and we enjoyed the tennis court too. Only a 10 minute walk into the beach area, with 3 or 4 local beaches to suit all needs. Good supermarkets near by, many cafes and restaurants, and some lovely artisan shops. Well situated for exploring all of Cantabria's wealth of possibilities.

Playas muy bonitas. Lugareños amables y educados. Apartamento equipado y agradable. Un tiempo extraordinario, buena comida, ... la buena compañía me la llevé yo.

Muy recomendable.

Alojamiento genial, con garaje cómodo, piscina prácticamente para uno sólo. Jardín perfecto para poder estar.

Por poner un pero, algo de limpieza general y en la cocina es especial faltaba.

Por lo demás, todo perfecto, un anfitrión muy simpático.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Ortsnähe

Die Ferienwohnung auf 3 Etagen mit 3 Schlafräumen entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Bei der Ausstattung wurde jedoch eine Spülmaschine und WLAN vermisst.

Schöne Sandstrände und die Ortschaft mit Geschäften und Gaststätten können bequem fußläufig erreicht werden.

Wundervolle Gegend, sehr ordentliches Haus

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns gut in Empfang genommen, das Haus gezeigt und Tips für unsere Ferien gegeben. Vom Haus aus kann man schöne Strandspaziergänge unternehmen, bei Ebbe den Fluss überqueren, zum Strand ist es nicht weit, es bieten sich zahlreiche nähere und weitere Ausflüge an. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

très bien placé, propriétaire sympathique, propre fonctionnel je le recommande

le propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis, l'appartement est spacieux bien placé dans la résidence (aussi calme que possible dans cette résidence, avec un petit jardin). Il est propre , fonctionnel, bien équipé, tout est en état de marche.

il est possible de se passer de voiture une fois sur place

L'endroit est idéal pour les vacances , plages où l'on peut nager, falaise et marais pour se promener, restaurants (assez loin pour ne pas être une gène, assez proche pour s'y rendre à pied).
