Čanj can be reached very easy, from Podgrica only 50 kilometers through tunnel Sozina in about 40 minutes. After the road from tunnel joins "Adriatic Highway" you should turn left, in the direction of Budva, 4 more kilometers till Čanj. After a small tunnel on the main road entering the village "Đurmani " and right after settlement "Mišići" where you need to turn left to Čanj.
The cottage is located in the quietest and most beautiful part of Čanj. The yard is separated from the surrounding, on the one hand a large cypress and the other dense Mediterranean vegetation, which thus provides a great privacy and is only 400-500 meters down the road from the beach.
To the cottage comes first (and only) street in which you can turn from the street that stretches along the beach. After passing the hotel Montenegro" , "Galeb" and "In" and turn to the street "Čanj " on the left, turn to the left also at the next street called "Smokvina". Before the end of the street (which is pretty short) turn to the right in the empty lot across which there is a dirt road that will take you after 50 meters to the cottage.
The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room into the dining area and kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. Electricity, water, internet and satellite TV are available 24 hours a day. Locations for parking are plentiful, and the peace and quiet you are guaranteed!
In a bedroom is a double bed with wardrobe.
In the second there are two beds, one extended.
The living room has three beds, a table and a large wardrobe with TV.
In the dining room there is a table with four chairs and cabinet, in the kitchen is a refrigerator, a sink with hanging parts, complete crockery, kettle and electric stove.
Bathroom is with shower and washing machine, and on the north side of the house there is a large wire dryer.
The first of the two terraces leads into the main part of the house and the bathroom, and there is a table with four benches and extra fridge for cooling drinks . On the second terrace, which is accessed from the kitchen , so that it can optionally set out electric stove , and on it there is a table with four chairs , and extra sink, shade you true vine . Both terraces are illuminated and electrified.
The yard has an area of 720m2 with planted cypresses, fruit (citrus, grapes, fig, plum, walnut, cherry, peach) and oleander. It is completely separate from the environment and gives you great privacy. In front of the house there is a large fireplace with a grill.
After you successfully submit your reservation request, you will receive an e-mail response from the home owner or property manager, within the next 24 hours. At this point, the full details of your confirmed reservation including the address of the property and the contact details of your local host will be shared with you through e-mail.
