PROPERTY

Shippenrill is arranged over two floors with a reverse living arrangement, the majority of the bedrooms are downstairs and the living space upstairs. Large statement hallway with exposed natural stone and large ornate mirrors, Relax on the library leather sofa.

(1) Master Bedroom - Double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a cosy chair. En-suite wet room with a shower, wc, and washbasin.

(2) Bedroom two wooden twin beds with a bedside table.

(3) Bedroom three - twin beds, bedside table and chest of drawers.

(4) Bedroom four - twin beds, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Downstairs wet room/utility washbasin, wc and chrome shower.

Utility room with a washing machine.

UPSTAIRS

(5) Bedroom five - double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.

(6) Bedroom six - double bed and a single day bed with a wardrobe and bedside tables.

Family bathroom includes a bath, mixer taps, shower over, washbasin, wc and a wall mounted mirror.

Kitchen is the real centre of the home with a large wooden central dining table seating 8. This sophisticated kitchen has plenty of the usual gadgets you would expect such as; oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and some additional fun features including; Induction hob, electric steamer with lots of options to create wonderful culinary delights.

Living room provides comfortable seating with different sofas and a window seat, wooden unit with a flat screen free-view LCD TV and additional dining table for 6. There is even a wood burner for those colder evenings.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Patio doors accessed from the kitchen and living room the outside patio blends beautifully with the living space of this house, The garden is fully enclosed and patio furniture is provided, toast marshmallows on the garden fire pit, relax in the large jacuzzi hot tub*, cook on the BBQ while chilling on the decking or join the children at table tennis!
