Luxury Villa 081 This superbly located villa is in an enviable position located on quiet a cul-de-sac close to the sea, restaurants, bars and mini markets. As you drive down to the villa you will be struck by the beautiful sea views and realize what a stunning location you will be holidaying in.
The front door is located at the side of the property; before you enter you can’t help getting distracted by the impressive patio and pool area and outside space this villa has to offer. Imagine enjoying the brilliant Cyprus sunshine around the pool or cooking up a storm on the BBQ then taking pleasure in eating al-fresco. Swimming pool protection is available for added safety for your children. The planted edging surrounding the villa and the white pebbled area at the end of the garden add a colourful, tropical feel.
Our best three bedroom villa in 2015 has been upgraded. For 2016 it will be our best child friendly and family villa we have.
An additional shaded area has been added in the way way of a retractable awning over the new decked patio out to the pool and sail over the dining area. A modern daybed with privacy curtains has also been added on the pebbled area by the pool for pure luxury and relaxation. All these new features and finishes touches really does give this villa the WOW factor.
This villa does not stop impressing, it continues inside with a lovely, light, open plan living area. It is stylish, extravagant and glamorous; you won’t know where to look. The white vintage style furnishings throughout are absolutely stunning, old timeless pieces brought together in a new and modern way. Everything feels very exclusive but in an understated way. You can relax on the large comfortable sofas and choose to watch the TV or a DVD (please bring your own DVDs), listen to music or connect to the free WiFi. The villa also benefits from the added bonus of free Sky satellite including English TV channels such as BBC and ITV, Sky movies and Sky sports.
You could spend hours enjoy an evening meal or long afternoon lunch at the beautiful dining table, it is very striking and the suede chairs are extremely comfortable. Downstairs is also complete with a well equipped, modern kitchen and dining area, as well as a convenient W/C.
As you go upstairs get ready to be amazed once more. The generous proportions of the villa continue with a very large, bright and attractive landing area. All three bedrooms are double, complete with wooden bed frames, bedside cabinets and ample wardrobe space. The rooms are also equipped with LED TV's and hairdryers, those little extras that make all the difference, making your stay even more enjoyable, homely and relaxing. There is a family bathroom with shower over a large oval bath, W/C and hand basin.
The family orientated master bedroom is oozing space, warmth and is extremely inviting. It has a walk in wardrobe, bamboo lounge furniture, an en-suite shower room and if that isn’t enough there is a large balcony with stunning sea views. At the end of a busy day you can lock yourself away in paradise.

This is our second year of staying with Oceanview and we certainly were not disappointed. This time we booked a smaller villa in a different location. Being in a different area was a little worrying but we had no need. The location was brilliant and villa was just stunning. Although smaller than what we were used to it was extremely spacious and furnished splendidly, to an extremely high standard. We stayed in the villa for almost two months so we wanted to be comfortable, which I have to say we 100% were. The kitchen was very well equipped, it had everything we needed. We had a couple of issues with the TV not working so maybe the owner could look at a better system or upgraded channels, this would have made our stay that little more comfortable.
We like to get out and walk around the area, the location was perfect for us to do this, the coastal walk s along the beach from town to town were brilliant. Coming this time of year it was also good to be around places that were open without having to go far.
Kapparis is untouched and unspoiled compared to the overcrowding in some resorts. It is a small village where the community is very friendly and who make time for holiday makers. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back, which makes it the ideal place for a chill out and get away from it all holiday.
Kapparis has easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Deryneia, and the resorts of Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa. Although Kapparis has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, we feel that a car is really essential for maximum pleasure.
Beaches in the Area
Fireman's Beach (Kapparis Beach)
Fireman's Beach is a lovely, sandy cove which has some really breathtaking views. You can even see Famagusta Ghost Town on a clear day, if you walk round the bay. The fireman's station is located at the top of the bay and fireman can often be seen training on the beach in the late afternoon and early morning. It is perfect for families as the beach is compact and secluded with shallow waters. You will find a copious amount of sunloungers and umbrellas at your disposal and a Kiosk at the top of the bay.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, then Malama is a perfect choice. It is a sandy beach which is tranquil, in comparison to other main beaches. A real local’s choice with a water sports area for the adventurous type. You have a sea view restaurant/ cafe above the beach if you require breakfast, lunch or dinner. It would be ideal for families as the water is shallow enough for young children and is small enough to keep an eye on them.
Ayia Triada Beach
Ayia Triada is a visually appealing beach, with a fishing harbour and tiny chapel. It is a sandy beach, with sun loungers provided for the general public. Again, it is tranquil and safe enough for children with the shallow waters and relatively small beach area (compared to the main beaches). There are walking trails along the coast if you are feeling active and want to soak up the views of the beautiful harbour.
