The modern, 400-sq.m villa built on a 2300-sq.m plot boasts 4 double bedrooms, 3 en suite, and a spacious and comfortable living room that gives onto the kitchen on the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool and garden.

This 100-sq.m studio features a large sun terrace on the ground floor.

The intimate and peaceful barbecue offers a barbecue, a wood-fire stove, a butane gas cooking range, a sink and a garden table opposite an ample shaded porch with a cupboard with a full set of cutlery and crockery, a large table, and sofas. This is a perfect area to have lunch. The owners designed and built the house. There is a fibre-optic internet connection.

About Gaby

We are a family with two 2 children who no longer live with us. We also have a dog and two cats. We like enjoying our friends and family's company and practising swimming, skydiving, golf, hiking, and taking trips through the mountain.

We ecologically grow our own vegetables in the vegetable garden.

When other families come to stay in the house, we take the opportunity to travel.

Why Gaby chose Valles Occidental

After making many houses for various clients, we found this plot and lovingly built our house here. The house is ideal, close to the city without being in it. There is a tranquil atmosphere and it is extremely easy to get around by road and train. All amenities are nearby.

What makes this house unique

The location has wonderful weather in the summer and the house offers perfect areas to rest, concentrate, read, sunbathe, take a 'siesta', play, and have fun planning trips to Barcelona or to the beach, 30 minutes away.

Fantastic Contempary Villa Perfect for visiting Barcelona

Eight of us two couples stayed at this lovely Contempary villa complete with outside swimming pool. We stayed at this beautiful designed flat between the 8th and 15th of April. It was perfect for our stay. The weather was lovely but got chilly at night. The family who's home it was were very helpful and very considerate ,providing us with some fresh strawberries on arrival and a guided tour of the house and grounds. One aspect which was only a minor problem was that their did not appear to be any heating other than a fire one could make in the lounge.It was an amazing fire and heated the huge lounge . I am sure during the summer months this is not a problem,but during our stay it did get a bit chilly at night. The overall experience was most enjoyable and we would stay again.

Cette villa est exptionnel . Nous avons eu un accueil parfait . La maison est parfaite pour une famille , une bande de jeunes fêtard .. Nous n'avons pas été embêter par les voisins a cause du bruit la nuit ( musique forte ) . La maison est très bien sécurisée ce qui été notre hantise. La police est à proximité est intervient rapidement si un individus vient a sauter le portail. ^^
