Excellent stay

We enjoyed staying at Gabriela's property. It had everything we needed for our 5 days in the Cote D'Azur, including parking and a washer. The accessibility of a market and the location were ideal for our purposes.

Very comfortable flat..

Well appointed,very clean flat, near to the beach with all amenities close to hand. Very welcoming hosts. A little far from the centre ville and old town but regular buses, to all areas, a few steps from the front door. A lot of traffic noise but this is a busy city so not unexpected..There is an outdoor pool which looked great but we never used it due to the close proximity of the beach. All in all a very comfortable flat, close to the beach, with great public transport. Very suitable for two people with easily enough room for four.

Superb location, excellent hostess!

We found the flat exactly how it looks on the photos: sunny, cosy and clean, with the view on the Promenade and sea. Three of us stayed there for over two weeks in August/September (my mother, my husband and I) and enjoyed every day of it!

The flat has all basics to help settle down fast and feel like home. Equipment works sufficiently. The building feels secure and we really like the garage for our car. Easy access from the road. Bus stops (for both directions - into the town and to the airport) are really close. We were very happy with the area. The flat was only a short walk to the beach and the street leads straight to the entrance to the beach, good supermarket is just as you come out of the building and small corner shop with fresh local produce with friendly seller, quite a few bakeries just a short walk from the building as well and many small restaurants and variety of shops.

The only downside is the noisy, congested road outside - consequence of central location. Solution - closed windows and noise is almost non-existent. There is a good conditioner in both rooms, which works well, is adjustable and helps to keep cool when windows are closed.

There is a lot of information in the flat kindly prepared for tourists to find their way around and Gabriela is always on hand to help with any inquires - very impressive how helpful, caring and responsive she is! Thank you very much for making our holiday easy and relaxing.

We would choose to stay in this flat again if we are ever in Nice and gladly recommend it!

Amazing

3 guys stayed at this appartment for 11 days during the Euro 2016. Couldnt be mote satisfied. Absolutely amazing service from the appartment owner. We got a lot of information about everything we needed when we arrived, and during our stay the owner was avilable and answered questions withing a very short time. This helped us a lot.

The location is perfect. The appartment is clean and nice. You have everything you need just seconds away, such as resturants, bars, grocery stores and the beach.

Will definetely stay at this appartment again next time i'm visiting France!

Very nice!

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for the entire month of March. Perfect size for just the two of us. Very comfortable bed and living room, well equipped kitchen for making meals. We often took day trips, and the bus locations were only 100 meters away, so easy access to the port and train station as well. Good supermarket just across the street, and the promenade is only a three minute walk.
