This large house is located near the Natural Park of the Tejeda and Almijara, providing a privileged and enviable position overlooking the Maroma (the highest mountain in the province of Malaga) several of the white villages area and the Mediterranean Sea.

From its magnificent pool or from its large portico porch, which runs a pleasant breeze even in many of the hot summer days, you can admire beautiful sunsets and enjoy the fresh air, tranquility and peace that It provides contact with nature, without having to sacrifice the comforts that today we are accustomed. All this is possible in this rural housing.

The house is located just over a kilometer from the town of white village of Cómpeta and access to the Natural Park; and lies just under 18 km. Beach (about 25 minutes).

It has 3 bedrooms (one with single beds which together form a double room) and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The access road to the house from the road to Cómpeta, is paved with concrete, making it easy to visit this town, and enjoy the various tourist attractions and services. In addition, the farm has a perimeter fence with gated entrance, which provides great privacy to the interior space.

One of the areas of the house that most impresses visitors is the large living room, with high ceilings, which integrates him: a dining area, fireplace and open kitchen of superb quality.

In this space a loft or stay up to double height, which is accessed through a beautiful staircase that especially fascinates children, and not so young, who visit us with family and friends. The house has two full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, the latter built beside the bedroom.

Your kitchen has direct communication to the outside through a second gateway to facilitate, among other things, the transportation of shopping from your private parking.

In your private pool, visitors can enjoy a beautiful sunset while cool, swim or rest; day or night, for underwater light has a variable depth and tailored to the individual.

The house also has a magnificent Andalucian courtyard (tiled with tile Sevillian style), which is accessed directly from the lounge, which offers a large outdoor kitchen with sink, which provide the food that will be prepared in their beautiful barbecue.

The house has a private WiFi network (which provides access to the Internet via a wireless router) with a speed of up to 10 Mb / sec. and unlimited data download. The garden around the house, like most distinctive treasures and important elements, a large olive tree with several hundred-year-old fruit trees such as fig, lemon, cherry; not to mention several floors of colorful and fragrant flowers.

The surrounding countryside as far as the eye can see, are covered by pine forests, for traditional crops such as grapes, olives and almonds; and also by new subtropical crops (planted from a few decades ago thanks to the mild climate of this area), such as avocado and mango, which give a fresh green intense color to the whole area.

The privileged position of the Axarquia, where is located the town of Cómpeta, presenting to its visitors a wide tourist offer adapted to almost any taste: for those seeking tranquility, for those who want sun and beach, adventure, or practicing sports such as golf, tennis, paddle tennis, swimming, etc .; or making a special trip through the Sierra either on foot or on horseback through the many trails and groomed for visitors.

Each typically white villages scattered throughout this region has its own identity, idiosyncrasy and customs; typical products and cuisine to taste; streets, squares, fountains and places to discover; and parties to enjoy.
