About the property

Modern and charming ground floor house, located in a small village bordering the Luberon.

Secured by an electric gate, this house of 80m2 in a plot of 600m2, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

During the summer, you can enjoy a half-buried swimming pool, protected by a barrier, located on the south side of the house and thus benefiting from the sun all day.

A fitted petanque is arranged on the shaded part of the land for convivial moments with family or friends.

Before the house is a large terrace with a shaded area and the need for meals outside. A barbecue built in stone is also available.

The interior of the house consists of:

-A large main room of about 50m2 air conditioned including a kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooker, coffee maker, kettle and the necessary dishes and utensils), a dining area eat bordered by a bay window and seating area (large screen TV).

-from two bedrooms, one with a bed 160 * 200 and the other with a bed of 140 * 190. Each bedroom has a large closet.

-A bathroom with bathtub

-A toilet

-A cellar where are a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron.

We finally leave at your disposal two mountain bikes adult size in perfect condition for beautiful walks nearby and a ping pong table and snowshoes.

Towels, bath, and kitchen are provided without supplements.

The beds are made on arrival.

The price indicated per week is any charge included.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON RENTAL RATES:

- Security deposit 800 € (to be given on arrival)

- End of stay cleaning 50 € (to be given on arrival)

Both checks are returned at the end of the stay.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette jolie maison, bien aménagée avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons aussi été très bien accueilli.

La piscine, la table de ping-pong et le petit endroit aménagé pour la pétanque sont très appréciables surtout avec un enfant et il est situé près de grands sites à découvrir !

Nous recommandons fortement !

belle maison au calme piscine et clim

Belle maison proche des plus beaux village du luberon. Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Une semaine idéale.

Piscine, barbecue, terrain de pétanque, climatisation, table de ping pong, grand espace de vie. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Je recommande fortement cette location.
