Welcome to your new home from home during your stay in London. :) We are very grateful that you are considering staying at our home. You will find our place warm, cosy, comfortable and the wow factor from the view of the London skyline during the day and night will have you mesmerized for a long time.

My wife and I take care and pride in hosting. We like to make you feel very welcome and are always on hand to give you advice or help if required. We welcome you to our home as guests and hope that you leave as friends :)

Below is a description of the amenities. However, if you have any questions please fire away.

Sitting on the 15th floor, this apartment gives breath-taking views of the Capital as well as a clean, comfortable place to stay. A wooden-floored entry hall leads into a spacious, open-plan living / dining / sitting room.

In the kitchen you will modern appliances and equipment, the kitchen has everything you'll need to make meals from home. We have a cupboard full of spices, herbs and condiments. You have plenty of plates, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery etc to cook and dine very well. We also supply teas and coffee as well as milk, sugar, sweetener etc. If you have any special requests please ask.

There is also a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools for you to enjoy a chat while someone is cooking 😊

For all the coffee lovers we have a French coffee press.

The living area has a large leather sofa which comfortably seats 3 people and two very cosy arm chairs with a foot stool. There are 4 lamps so you can set the lighting to your preference. This leads to the balcony area where we have laid artificial grass on the decking area so you can step outside bare foot and experience the magnificent London skyline while being 15 floors high (50 meters). You also have a table and two chairs for you to enjoy a drink while admiring London in all its glory.

The lounge gets the sun from the afternoon all the way to sunset so you can bask in the heat and top up your tan. There are also black out blinds in the living area should you want to block out the sun.

Please note there is no TV in the apartment. However, you have access to a very large residential lounge on the ground floor of the apartment block which has a TV and is equipped with comfortable sofas. Hopefully, a TV is not needed as you are on holiday and you’ll be out exploring the city 😊. The apartment has Wi-Fi so you can connect all your gadgets and watch your favourite shows on your laptop, tablet etc.

On to the bedrooms. We have a master bedroom which has a super king size bed where you and your partner can get lost on. There is also a nice glass table and comfortable chair for you to sit and relax. The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe with plenty of space for your clothes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom as well.

The second bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed. There is also plenty of wardrobe space as well as having a desk and ergonomic chair if you need to do some work and want to be in a different space then the living area. If you are coming with two kids they will easily sleep well on the double bed. However, if you want then to sleep separately then there is the large sofa in the living area (remember there are black out blinds so you won’t be disturbed by the daylight in the morning) or we can possibly arrange a blow-up bed.

The building has a residents’ roof garden terrace where you can experience a 360 view of London. It has been designed with seating and small trees so it is a nice experience.

Guest Access:

You have access to the apartment, communal areas and the rooftop terrace.

Getting Around:

Canary Wharf is about a 15-minute walk or a few mins on the DLR (metro). Here all your shopping needs will be catered for - whether it’s a supermarket, department store, newsagent or clothes boutique you're looking for. There is a huge number of restaurants and cafes too.

The Olympic village in Stratford is also a short distance away. Here you will find the largest shopping mall in Europe (Westfield shopping mall) packed with shops, restaurants and bars.

Langdon Park DLR (metro) is about a minute's walk away and you can reach Bank station (for Central Underground line) in just over 10 minutes. Oxford Street is no more than 30 minutes away!

Local amenities include a supermarket which is opposite the apartment building (Co-operative supermarket), there is a pharmacy in the market area (Boots pharmacy) as well as a nice Haitian coffee shop (Kafe 1788). As mentioned before there are plenty of restaurants in Canary Wharf and Stratford.

Views and the hosts are very hospitable :) From when we moved in to this apartment building it has been a really positive and warming experience. My home has been carefully and beautifully furnished by my wife and I (more my wife! :)) to make it a home rather than a hotel. We take care and pride in our home so that you and your family can experience a truly home from home experience where you will feel comfortable as well as having that 5 star hotel like experience.

The view from the living room is one of the best in town. I know I may be biased, however, everyone that has been to our home has been in awe of it. The images shown barely capture the true wonder of the city views where you can see the full expanse of London in all it's awe.

What makes this apartment unique

The view is amazing. One of the best in town!

The place was great and had all of the amenities you need, close to stores and bakeries. We used uber to get around the city, it was cheap, reliable and most attractions were close. The VIEW WAS AMAZING, our family took turns sleeping on the couch just to look out the windows. Our host was wonderful he went out of his way to make sure our needs were met and checked in to see if we needed anything. Would highly recommend for a short get away or a long vacation. My mom was in a wheelchair and was able to easily get in and out of the flat very refreshing.

INCOMPARABLE APARTMENT, VIEWS AND HOST

Our recent visit to London was exceptional in great part due to our decision to stay in this particular rental. The views, from our flat, on the 15th floor, were exceeded only by the accommodations provided by our host, Hemal Shaw. The apartment was well-appointed. Along with two bedrooms, there were two full baths as well as a very modern kitchen and living room with floor to ceiling windows, which provided stunning views of the city. Floors were polished and appliances gleaming. As a result of Hemal's previsit inquiries, we arrived to find the refrigerator well stocked for our special tastes, and plenty of adaptors were provided for our electronic devices. During our stay, Hemal was an attentive host who communicated daily regarding our London experience. The building's close proximity to public transportation made traveling around the city very convenient. We highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to London!

Truly wonderful 10 days in London

Our family of four (wife and I and our two teenage children) were drawn to this flat because of its many five star reviews and its close proximity to the ExCel Center where I had work responsibilities for several days. The owner, Hemal, was immediate, honest, and completely transparent in answering our many pre-rental questions. We were impressed with Hemal and the apparent value of the flat and so committed. Just last night we returned to the U.S. after a nine day rental. The trip was truly wonderful, far surpassing our (admittedly) high expectations. Hemal's flat made for the perfect home away from home. Its cleanliness, kind and abundantly helpful concierge/doormen David and Omer, close proximity to a grocery store (literally across the street) and the Canary Wharf shopping district, and convenience to the DLR (over-ground Tube line in East London) all contributed to a lifelong vacation memory. The views of the London skyline (corner apartment so a panoramic shot is breathtaking) are fantastic both day and night.

Appreciate that this is East London. It's a healthy 30 minutes via Tube to get into the center city and its most notable attractions. But between the Tube, the various Thames River boat options (upstream into London from the Canary Wharf district which is 5 minutes from the apartment), and Uber/taxi it's not difficult seeing everything London has to offer. Also appreciate that this is an apartment building. There's no lobby restaurant, hotel pool, daily maid service, etc. We knew this going in - just making sure you understand the difference between booking a resort versus a buy-owner apartment rental.

Hemal checked in on us frequently via text and was immediately available throughout our visit. He lined up a taxi service for us to hire on the way in and checked on our progress all the way home. We rented an apartment in London the first two weeks in April 2017. More importantly we made a great friend. Our family could not be happier.

Great Place to Stay to attend the ExCel center and visit London

We visited London for a conference that took place at the ExCel center and leisure. We stayed at this lovely place for 8 days with my husband. The location was excellent - half way to downtown and ExCel center. Just 2 min walk to the DLR station - Langdon Park and easy connections to the tube. The apartment was spacious, clean and safe. The view of the city was amazing! We enjoyed the lights of London every night since we stayed up late due to the time difference.

Also want to thank you the owner, Hemal, who was super helpful and friendly. He made us feel as a part of the family. He was easy to communicate. Answered all questions promptly. He gave good travel tips and even left 2 Oyster cards for us to use.

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Money well spent! Would go back any time.

Could not have ask for better place. Owner and conceigne, Omer, was the greatest. It was everything that is stated. Close to train station to get to everything. Owner went above and beyond. Very clean and supplied highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment was great! Owner was very nice to work with as well. Great view of London, too! Easy access to DLR and London tube transportation system. About 1/2 hour commute anywhere in the city. Conceige on site was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
