Recently built, modern, bright and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, ground floor apartment with it's own private garden and direct access to two pools, shared by each apartment in the complex. The property comfortably sleeps 8 people and is equipped to an extremely high standard with a premium Bulthaup kitchen, Siemen's appliances, Travertine marble floors, air conditioning, wifi broadband and TV / DVD.

Positioned between the Mediterranean and the majestic mountains of the Tramuntana range, recently declared a World Heritage site by the UNESCO, this is a great base for cycling and all sorts of mountain activities and hiking - you may even bump into Team Sky who use Pollensa as their training base.

More locally, the 4-star Hotel Illa D'Or is only moments away, where you can access tennis courts, a beauty spa and the famous 'Gin & Tonic Terrace', offering spectacular views over the bay of Pollensa whilst sipping cocktails as the sun sets!

A gentle stroll along the Pine walk by the side of the sea, shaded by one hundred year old pine and tamarind trees, takes you to the centre of Puerto Pollensa. At the Yacht Club you will find all kinds of water sports available; windsurfing, snorkeling, diving, dinghy sailing, fishing and kayaking.

After many years of great family holidays in Mallorca we decided to purchase

our own overseas family home in 2015. We hope you will fall in love with Puerto Pollensa as much as we have!

Beautiful property very spacious and beautifully furnished, had every thing you could ever need, home from home. Grounds and pool very well maintained and so pretty, we had a wonderful family holiday.

Great family holiday in Puerto Pollenca

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in a wonderful holiday home very close to the pine walk ,bar/restaurant/supermarket short walk through complex , this was a return visit for us after 10 years and we still found it to be a lovely area . Our daughter son- in - law and granddaughter (2yrs 7 months ) agreed also it's certainly a place to return .

Fantastic location

We had a lovely 1-week stay. The flat is perfectly situated for the famous pine walk, shops, restaurants/bars, and cycling routes. We had the pool all to ourselves, which was a big bonus. The accommodations are exactly as described - modern and convenient for groups. We were 2 families with a baby and everyone had a great time!

Brilliant

Lovely apartment, really spacious, brilliant location. Had our 2 year old with us and the fact that it was ground floor and the garden had a gate was a real bonus. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property

Enjoyed a very nice stay here. Visited first week in October and the complex was very very quiet, other than the local young man who played his music as loud as possible, despite that being against the rules of the complex.

Despite this really enjoyed staying in this apartment., which had everything we could ask for.

We have stayed in the port on 12 occasions, but this is the first time in Bellesregard.

A very nice area, a little further to walk into the centre, but we would be happy to go back.

The weather was unusually hot, 32 each day.

Stunning Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Everything was immaculate and there was plenty of room It was very comfortable indeed. The location is great for access to pine walk, the beach and restaurants. I would love to stay again and would highly recommend it!

£300 security deposit is required against unreasonable damage and excessive cleaning, refundable within 10 days of the end of the rental period.
