Entrance to the property the stairs looks old and not maintained properly. whereas inside its so cool for family...

With regards to the exterior of the property- it is an old tenenment building (like most apartments in Edinburgh) and not a new build. The entrance is very secure and everyone in the stair owns their property (only 4 apartments). The stair is cleaned monthly and we ensure that the garden is maintained monthly too. Most apartment blocks in Edinburgh are actually older than this one and it is just part of the city's history and culture. The interior of the property is highly maintained, clean, comfortable for our guests. Blackhall is a very affluent and highly sought after area in Edinburgh. Kind regards Stefania

Very good apartment, big enough for 6 people and clean. You need to go into town by bus, but it is not so far away. Stefania was very helpfull. We enjoyed Edinburgh very much.

Awesome Place !

Appartement Confortable et agréable

Appartement propre et grand, on arrive très vite au centre-ville avec le bus.

Vous avez un grand centre commercial à 4 minutes à pieds.

L’immeuble donne sur la rue, mais, l'appartement est bien isolé donc aucun bruit de voiture.

Merci à Gianni (le propriétaire) qui nous a donné toutes les explications dont on avait besoin.

Gute geeignet für einen Aufenthalt in Edinburgh

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben im Inserat. Sie liegt an einer ziemlich befahrenen Straße, dies stört jedoch nicht sehr. An der Straße kann man nicht parken, es ist jedoch kein Problem in den Seitenstraßen etwas zu finden. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und leicht zu erreichen. Fußläufig ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt sind wir mit dem Bus gefahren. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Edingburgh

Sehr nette FeWo, ca. 20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum, aber vor der Haustür auch direkt eine Bushaltestelle. Wohnung liegt aber leider an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Parken war problemlos in einer Nebenstraße möglich.

The apartment is in an excellent location with fantastic bus links and free parking ( this is a bonus in Edinburgh where parking is very expensive.) The apartment is also located in a lovely residential area with parks and shops nearby. The apartment benefits from brand new double glazing and has recently been refurbished as we want to give our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay whilst in Edinburgh. The apartment is ideally located for visiting all tourist attractions in Edinburgh. It is only a few minutes from the city centre which is easily accessible by bus or a leisurely walk. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance including a big retail park with supermarket, dry cleaner, post office, take aways, restaurants and pubs. There is also plenty of free on street parking which is certainly a bonus in Edinburgh! The apartment is close by to many attractions including the Botanic Gardens, Zoo and Cramond beach. You will find the apartment in an ideal location whether you stay for just a couple of nights or longer.
