This wonderful villa is located in one of the most exclusive and secluded area of San Felice Circeo promontory, one of the most beautiful seaside destination 100 km from Rome.
The villa comprises a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed for 2 and dining hall, fully equipped kitchen, four elegant double bedrooms (all with park or sea view) and five bathrooms. It offers the extensive parkland and gardens and several terraces and patios with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean sea and the Pontine islands. The patios are equipped with barbecue to enjoy outside lunch or dinner. The Villa has also private and direct access to a little cove. The Circeo area is ideal for sport and nature lovers: fishing, mountain biking, kite surfing are some of the many activities that you can enjoy during your holidays.
San Felice Circeo is well known for its National Park – one of the most ancient natural areas in Italy - the warm climate and the white sandy beaches, which spreads over 0,5 km. According to the legend, this is the place where Circe, the goddess of magic, resided and where Ulysses stayed for one year, arriving with his boat in what is now called Cala dei Pescatori, on the Paola lake. The Villa is located few minutes away from the historic centre of San Felice Circeo inside the area of the National Park and next to the Villa of the famous actress Anna Magnani. The property was built at the beginning of the 1960 and designed by the working team of the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright: therefore its architectural design has been influenced by the renowned Fallingwater “Edgar J. Kaufmann House”.
