This large apartment is located on the third floor of a period building in the city historic center, just two blocks away from Piazza di Spagna and can host up to 8 people. It is arranged over two floors: on the first floor there are three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds) and three bathrooms (two with Jacuzzi); on the second floor, there is an airy living space with dining area and one double sofa bed, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen and a sunny well-furnished terrace. Wonderfully presented, the apartment offers many characteristic elements such as the beamed ceilings and cotto floor tiles as well as modern comforts such as the Jacuzzi (bath-tub and shower), TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and washing machine. In the living room there is also a piano for music lovers. The property is bright and with a superb quiet location: with a short walk you can reach easily Piazza del Popolo, Fontana di Trevi and the Pantheon and there is a metro station nearby. Just down the road you will find many convenient stores, shops and restaurants. This is the ideal place for a large family looking for a comfortable and ample accommodation.

We spent 3 days with 6 adults and the location is hard to beat. Everything in walking distance, restaurants very good and a terrace on the 3rd level. Yes, the appartment could use some fresh up and hotel rooms are better furnished but living in the center is what we really enjoyed and we ignored the rest.
Roma - Great Location
Fantastic location! Property is in the heart of some of the best parts of Rome and so easy to get there (yes - it does have a few stairs - but who doesn't need that after all the GREAT restaurants nearby). Site seeing is everywhere around you and the neighborhood was quite friendly. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating to our varied timetables. We found the place charming - and fit our needs perfectly.
Nice place...great host...owner needs to spend more money on upkeep or charge less
Nice apartment in a great location. Romina was a great host and the hired drivers to/fro airport were also outstanding.
With that said...owner needs to spend capital to repair many broken fixtures and deck awnings. All deck awnings are broken, torn, and unsightly...pricing should be reduced to reflect this condition.
we are fixing the broken stuff
Great location, reliable Wifi, comfy beds. "Hot water" was luke warm.
You are really paying for the location, and the location really is that good. As billed, you are steps from the Spanish Steps. Rome was chilly when we were there(mid April) and the apartment was chilly and I don't believe the heat was on or working. In addition, tough to get hot water enough for any kind of shower. We have travelled a lot in Europe and I realize this is the norm, not the exception, but even by those standards it was weak. The apartment is definitely a little dingy and dated, but again, you are paying for the location, so if you plan to be out all day the decor is really not that important. Very reliable Wifi, so if you have teenage kids or need a good connection for work, this is important. The stairs are formidable. Consider this if anyone in your group is elderly, or is limited from arthritis or obesity.
hello we are glad you enjoyed the flat. unfortunately you cannot turn the heat on in mid April, it is the law...
Description not very accurate
Overall, we had a nice stay. Location of the flat is great for visiting Rome's attractions. The flat itself is quite old/dated - photos are deceptive. The building has no elevator and LOTS of stairs, both to get to the apartment but also inside the flat. I would not recommend it to the families with children.
This apartment is amazing! It was conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The rooms were spacious and the terrace was fantastic. We are a family of 6 and would stay there again. It was especially nice to have AC and 4 bathrooms. We had a good experience with WeekeyRentals , the staff was very helpful and nice.
You are in the heart of ancient Rome, a few minutes from the most important monuments of the Eternal City. The apartment is located in Via della Vite, a few steps from the famous Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps). The elegance is without a doubt the main feature of the square. It is no coincidence in the three Vie Trident (Via del Corso, Via del Babbuino and Via di Ripetta) are concentrated stores of the most famous and exclusive designer labels. Piazza di Spagna, the framework offered by the ocher-colored buildings, Bernini's fountain and staircase on which stands the church Trinita dei Monti help to create a refined and eighteenth century. Former home of famous poets such as John Keats and Percy Bysshe Shelley, the square is now a cultural heritage of inestimable value. Located at the foot of the hill of the Pincio, Piazza di Spagna has always been the center of cultural life and tourism in the city of Rome. Nearby, Piazza del Popolo is definitely one of the most famous in the world. The twin churches of Santa Maria Montesanto and Santa Maria dei Miracoli, the Obelisco Flaminio (the oldest and the second highest of Rome), and the two fountains of Valadier help to create a charming atmosphere. And, yet, the church of Santa Maria del Popolo, built on the burial site of Emperor Nero, and his damned soul, and adjacent premises, which have become an integral part of the square and once frequented by people dear to the history of Rome as trilussa, Guttuso and Pasolini make Piazza del Popolo the cultural symbol of the 'Roman'. From here it is an easy walk to the Trevi Fountain. Before you get away do not forget to throw a coin into the fountain, you will ensure the return to the Eternal City. If you are in search of true love, perhaps of Italian nationality, throw then a second, a third, finally, to be sure to get married soon…
