~ Inside

The apartment (220m2) features a spacious living room where a lounge area and a dining area are arranged. The lounge area consists in two large comfortable sofas placed around a very large coffee table and in front of an LG flat screen TV. The dining area has a large square marble table that comfortably seats eight people.

From the living room you have access to the master bedroom, that is furnished with a 180cm comfortable bed, has large wardrobes, TV and fully equipped ensuite bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate built-in shower.

The other two bedrooms area accessible from the main entrance, one is fitted with two single beds (2x90cm), large wardrobes and has fully fitted ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and the other bedroom has a 135cm bed with large wardrobes.

On the hallway, next to the kitchen you have a guest toilet fitted with a shower cabin.

The kitchen has all appliances (oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle) and accessories for a comfortable stay. There is also a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.

~ Terrace

From the living room you have access to an incredible 50m2 terrace with beautiful views over the garden. Here you have a large dining table and a lounge area with sofas and coffee table. Also, on the terrace you have a gas BBQ so that you can fully enjoy the time out with your family and friends.

~ Neighborhood

White Pearl Beach is a remarkable gated community located just two minutes walk from the beach. Inside the neighborhood you will find an oasis of tropical trees, palms and colorful Mediterranean flowers surrounding the pools located in the center of development. There are three pools, one for children safe and one heated during the winter so fully enjoy your vacation, even in the cold season.

The neighborhood has 24 hour concierge and video surveillance and all entrances have security code with intercom.

  

~ Beach

Viper beach is right in front of White Pearl Beach. It is a small, clean beach, frequented by families. It is covered with fine sand, the water is good and during the summer the whole beach is cleaned daily, either manually or mechanically. Right on the beach front neighborhood has Perla Blanca restaurant where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. In the area you can find famous Nikki Beach Club where they have world-class DJs and live musicians, the best parties and first class entertainment.

  

~ Shopping and Dining

At 600 meters (10 minute walk) having the commercial area of ​​Elviria, the largest shopping center in Marbella East side. Here you can find two supermarkets (Supersol and OpenCor), grocery stores, pharmacies, hairdressers, bars and restaurants.

One of the largest shopping centers in the Costa del Sol is in a 13min (12km) drive from Playa Romana. Here you will find everything you need, from food to clothing stores or electro-domestic. In just 3 km (5 minutes drive) has two supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and freshly baked bread.

Marbella center is only 15 minutes drive and the old town is full of shops and cozy cafes where I'm sure you'll have a good time.

As for restaurants, right in front of the white pearl, has Restaurant Perla Blanca and El Laurel, serving traditional and international cuisine.

  

~ Activities

There are plenty of things for you to do and not have to go too far from White Pearl Beach. Within about 7 minutes drive (4km) reach the hidden pearl of the Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It is a small but lovely harbor with beautiful harbor with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a variety of restaurants.

For golf lovers, Cabopino Golf is only 9min apartment unit. It was designed by the Madrid architect Juan pickups and offers spectacular views of the sea and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Of course, the center of Marbella and the old town are a must and they reach the center of Marbella in only 15 minutes (16km).

Puerto Banus is the main attraction on the Costa del Sol, known as the luxury polo and parties. In 20 minutes drive you will reach one of the most famous ports in the Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the richest people in the world. Its streets are lined with expensive boutiques such as Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.
