2 bed, 2 bath garden apartment with mountain views set in lovely grounds

This luxury apartment called Agueda, is located in a quiet residential area which is part of a gated community called Mosa Trajectum. Mosa is a Dutch owned development which was originally set around a golf course which has now sadly been closed however there are several excellent courses near by.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious open plan lounge and kitchen, fully air conditioned and also having paddle fans as an alternative.

The grounds surrounding the apartments have beautiful Olive trees, Bougainvillea and Cacti as well as two fabulous swimming pools with children's area, slides, water features and spa area.

There is no through traffic and all cars are parked to the rear of the property making this a very safe area for children. We also accept well behaved pets and there are plenty of great walks in the nearby hills at the back of the apartment.

Why Fred Robson chose Murcia

Mosa Trajectum is a Dutch owned develoment which originally was planned to rival La Manga with golf course, hotel, sports complex and much much more but due to the economic downturn in Spain it has all been put on hold.

However the gated community with large detached villas and apartment complex was completed in 2007 and many people use the properties as holiday homes as the Murcia area enjoys sunshine all year round and the historic city of Murcia is only a 15 minute drive so it is good to live in a quiet area far from the noise of traffic yet be close to all the amenities a large city can offer and also to be close to the coast with the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartments are all beautifully laid out in landscapped grounds with Olive trees, Cacti and colourfull plants and the exotic palm trees line the avenues making the site look very peaceful and green.

The apartment complex is made up of blocks which are no more than two storeys high and there are two magnificent swimming pools with children's area, spa area, slides and water features.

This is an ideal location for children and also for dog owners as there are many lovely walks around the area and in the hills behind the property.
