Master bedroom benefits from a Queen-size bed, an en-suite bath room and plenty of wardrobes.

Second bedroom offers 2 single beds, terrace and plenty of wardrobes here as well.

Additional sleeping place are 2 bed sofas in the living room.


En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 and second bathroom with shower.


The kitchen is finished in a modern dark wood and completed with stylish luxury German appliances from Miele. Cooking and full washing facilities are available in the apartment. A range of kitchenware is provided you as well.

This area is open plan to the kitchen and dining area, incorporating two comfy bed-sofas which will accommodate 6 people and flat screen television with SkyTv. The living room opens out to a generous balcony with siting outside.

Lovely apartment close to Paphos town centre

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment in December, we were looking for something close to the town and harbour which this apartment definitely provides. All of the facilities inside are top of the range and the whole place feels fresh and modern. There is a nice balcony with a seating area which we enjoyed many glasses of wine at during the evenings. The place was really spacious and could easily have had another 2 people stay with us.

Paphos itself is a lovely area to stay in and there is plenty to keep every generation occupied. We particularly liked this apartment because of its close proximity to the harbour and beaches etc.

Coral Bay Blue Flag sandy Beach 15 minutes car drive.

Note: Good bus system – in the last 18 months they have invested in 30 new buses

and it really is a fantastic service, covering Coral Bay, Waterpark, Paphos and

locally. Really no need for car.


For golfers seeking warm breaks in the east Mediterranean wanting fresh golf course challenges in stunning and relaxing settings, there are four excellent golf courses on Cyprus, all of them around the popular tourist areas of Paphos:

Aphrodite Hills golf course.

Tsada golf course.

Secret Valley golf course.

How to get there

It takes 20 minutes drive (15km) from Paphos International Airport, with direct flights from all major airports.


Paphos town centre and the old town 20 min walking distance (shopping, cosy restaurants and beach walks). If by bus - 10 min walk to bus stop then buses every 10 min, 5 min bus ride.

Local bars + Restaurants (Bar street – the Hub for eating and drinking in Paphos) – only a 5 min drive.

Local Shops (3x convenience store – sell pretty much everything) – 5-10 min walk.

Harbour – 15-20 min walk.

Water park – 10 mins car or 15 min bus.

Shopping Center/ Pollis Road – 15-20 min walk.

What to do in Paphos?

Paphos truly is a year round holiday resort with blue sky and sunshine for more days of the year than most places in Europe.

This unique city is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical sites as well as the old town with its interesting buildings and market.

You will find many bars and restaurants in Paphos and surrounding coastal areas, ranging from traditional Greek tavernas to smart new bars and cafés. The historic harbour area is worth visiting for it's ambience, the cafés and bars and a chance to see the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics.

You can enjoy spa treatments or golf, or take a diving course. Pleasure for both kids and grown-ups is the famous Aphrodite Water Park, the biggest family rafting ride in Europe!

When it comes to exploring nature, Sea Caves and Akamas reserve are well worth a visit and the Troodos Mountains are spectacular to drive through at the peak of Mount Olympus. Why not take a car and drive around on the island, explore small villages and find those hidden gems.

Please be advised that payments via the Home Away or Paypal portal come with a 4% surcharge on top of the total booking fee due to the processing fee Home Away and Paypal charges. Payments via our bank in the UK are free of any surcharge.

Discounts may be available for winter lets (December to February).

Changeover day
Departure is by 10am (strictly) on departure day. Check-in is after 4pm. This gives us enough time to get everything cleaned and ready in peak periods.

Late check out:
There is a high chance we will receive a back - to - back booking for your dates, meaning that guests will be coming in on the day you depart as of 16:00. Since we need to clean the whole inside and outside of the villa the check out time is at 10:00 AM.

There are two options for a late check out:
1. If you like to secure a late check, you can book an extra night to guarantee yourself of a late check out while making the reservation.
2. If you like to play it by ear, you can wait one week before arrival and you can book a late check out for a surcharge of GBP 50,- (with full day use of the villa and all facilities like pool, hot tub etc) but this is obviously u
