Highly recommended! The villa has everything you need. Spacious, clean, cosy and bright!! The team was absolutely helpful prior and during our stay.
We stayed in the property for 10 days. Apart from the property being stuck out in the middle of nowhere ( even the local taxi drivers couldn't find it) it was fine. Part of my problems were that it states the property has air con. Whilst this is true what the don't say is that they are all on 1 hour timer switches. When we arrived at the property we were able to get in ok due to the key safe. Inside the property there is what is called an information file. Don't count on this being useful at all. We looked at it and took their advice and called a supermarket that they said would collect us from the apartment and take us back with our shopping. Sounded great but when we phoned them and couldn't direct them to where we were staying we decided to contact a taxi firm who had collected us from the airport and asked them to take us to the supermarket suggested. At a cost of 20euros. No problem we thought as they would take us back. Shopping done they informed us that as we could not direct them back to the flat they couldn't take us. Thankfully they contacted John (without us knowing) and he came out and took us back to the flat. John then told us that a supermarket was quite close to us and gave us the directions for it. thank god for John, he also helped us to sort out some problems that we were having with the flat. I can't thank John enough, shame that he has now left the company. The information file was of no use at all. NO directions on how to get about, where are the bus stops. We asked the locals and they told us there wasn't any. Every time we went out it cost us 16euros to get into Paphos and back. It states in the write up that it's only a 20 minute walk into Paphos, this is not correct it takes at least 40 minutes. Locals again told us it was too hot to be walking that distance during the day. All in all we ended up spending a lot of money on taxis. There is no one who comes out to welcome you to the apartment and give any information. The lack of information was a problem for us and something that could so easily be rectified with a new information file with decent information inside it. What a shame that it wasn't there.
Everything in the apartment was immaculate. It was definitely a step up from what we expected at this price. Everything you could want is in the apartment which was spotless and so comfortable; 5 * hotel feel. The pool patio was absolutely fantastic, and the work across the way was no problem. This apartment exceeded every expectation.
We realy enjoyed in our stay at the SENOGI apartment. Everything was like it was described. Good location, beautiful furniture, well equipped kitchen and the nice terrace. My family were very satisfied during our stay. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool. I recommend this place for beautiful family vacation.
My wife and I decided to take a last minute trip away to Cyprus and through a word of mouth recommendation we found this property on Cyprus Villa retreats.
Upon arrival we found the Apartment to be beautifully, tastefully decorated with lots of charm and character throughout. It was properly cleaned and we were able to unpack and take it all in.
We found the beds to be very comfortable indeed, the kitchen had everything we needed and the view was fabulous!
We had contact details for both John and Lynn but had no issues during our stay although it was helpful to know we could call on them if necessary.
We found the Apartment was very well situated and we could stroll to town or the 10 mins to the beach when it suited us.We were very content to relax and read by the pool, isnt that what holidays are for?
All in all we couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend a short break or longer!
We arrived at Emelia apartment on Sunday 18th October 2015. We booked an airport pick with John and Linda who were already at the airport and waiting when we arrived. They are a great couple who have lived in Cyprus a few years and the do maintenance for Guy and Ella's apartments and villas. I would advise getting an airport pick up unless you are getting a car with sat nav as the apartment would be tricky to find upon arriving in new surroundings. When we got to the apartment John and Linda showed us around and i must say the photos are a perfect representation of the apartment if anything they may not do it enough justice. The apartment has everything you may need for your stay. The apartment also benefits from a great TV with all the channels and movies you could think of...seriously we tried and it had them all on some of the cosy nights in (few storms when we were there). The apartment benefits from a great roof terrace which we used to sun bathe on a few of our days. There was also bbq to use which was great. i replaced with a full fresh bag of charcoal and fire lighters. The pool is not heated so we only dipped our toes in. The apartment area was maintained on a daily basis by pool cleaners grass cutters and cleaners. Across the road from our apartment was some building work this was brought to our attention before we arrived when we were offered a full refund or the chance to go to another apartment owned by Guy. We decided to stick with our first choice and go to Emelia apartment and see if the noise was as bad as we imagined. I can tell you that it did indeed wake myself up in the morning (being a very light sleeper) but did not effect my fiancée who is a moderate sleeper. The workers were there from 0700 until 1600 each day apart from sunday and on friday as the weather was very poor. The workers kept there area very clean and had zero effect on our holiday. The nearest bus stop is located approx 10-12 minute walk in the direction of old town so this is left out the apartment and you will need to take the 610 bus to Harbour station this will cost 1.50 euro. All buses in paphos cost 1.50 no matter if you are going 1 stop or 100 stops. You can also get a day ticket for 5 euros or i think you can get a week pass for 15 euros. We did walk from the harbour to the apartment and back a few times which took about 30-40 minutes the roads are not hilly so it is easy. I left a map in the welcome pack.

What to do in Paphos?
Paphos truly is a year round holiday resort with blue sky and sunshine for more days of the year than most places in Europe.
This unique city is on the UNESCO List of World Cultural Heritage. The Tombs of the Kings is one of the attractions to see and many other historical sites as well as the old town with its interesting buildings and market.
You will find many bars and restaurants in Paphos and surrounding coastal areas, ranging from traditional greek tavernas to smart new bars and cafes. The historic harbour area is worth visiting for it's ambience, the cafes and bars and a chance to see the Venetian fort and nearby Mosaics.
You can enjoy spa treatments or golf, or take a diving course. Pleasure for both kids and grown-ups is the famous Aphrodite Water Park, the biggest family rafting ride in Europe!
When it comes to exploring nature, Sea Caves and Akamas reserve are well worth a visit and the Troodos Mountains are spectacular to drive through at the peak of Mount Olympus. Why not take a car and drive around on the island, explore small villages and find those hidden gems.
There are many beautiful beaches in Paphos, we recommend Coral Bay - Blue Flag award winning sandy beach with the crystal clear, warm water of the Mediterranean allowing to swim sometimes up until Christmas.
