Very well located house in Albaycin, with wifi. Free parking area nearby.Central

Enjoy this house strategically located in the heart of Albaicín, but with great access and an enviable location as it is in the most beautiful street in the neighborhood (C / Water Albaycín) .The house is newly renovated (October 2012) we have done with great enthusiasm, and we think is ideal for families with children or couples. It has two bedrooms; one has a double bed 150, while the other bedroom has bunk beds 90. By the way, the mattresses are quality for those that you may be demanding to the topic. In addition, the lounge has a sofa bed for one or two persons (recommendable). The kitchen is new, fully equipped with all appliances. There are two bathrooms with shower on each of them to give more independence. You have the Mirador de San Nicolás or the San Cristóbal within walking distance. The Sacromonte is a ten minute walk. If you want to go to the city center, down the hill Alcahaba I also have a ten minute walk. Sierra Nevada is a half hour drive away and the beach about fifty minutes. For those who do not wish to walk, there are very frequent public transport in all directions. As for the food, you have many restaurants in the area, all recommended. Opposite the house is the famous 'Casa Torcuato' where you can enjoy great tapas. In short, all the ingredients for a dream vacation in Granada, in its most special places in the Albaicin, declared a Unesco World Heritage area.

Epic stay - The House of Pili in the Albaycin

We had an epic 5 start experience staying at this property. Beautifully remodeled and decorated this fully equipped house offers everything you need to experience Granada as a local. Situated in the heart of the gorgeous historic neighborhood Albayzín it offers amazing views and easy access to all sights and the best local restaurants. The owner is the most welcoming and accommodating host. He graciously offered a pickup/drop off at the train station that was the most amazing, unexpected, and convenient bonus. We are the family of three adults that had plenty of room and privacy to have the most comfortable stay. Due to the optimal floor plan the house easily accommodates a large family ( 4 or more) with small or teenage children and is intimate enough for a romantic gateway. On our return trip to Granada this is the only place we will stay again.

Nacho el dueño no puede ser más amable. Nos reservo un sitio para aparcar dejando el suyo propio para reservar sitio. Nos acerco con su coche las maletas. La casa esta genial. Muy amplia y muy bien ubicada en un barrio con mucha historia

Excelentes facilidades en Granada.

La propiedad esta muy bien localizada en pleno barrio antiguo del Albaycin, a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro de a ciudad, catedral, etc. La atmósfera que se vive en el Albaycin es única y hace especial una estadía en Granada. La propiedad es de reciente construcción (o remodelación) y esta en excelente estado y muy bien abastecida de todo lo necesario. Pilar se porto sumamente servicial con nosotros; nos llevo a un estacionamiento para el coche muy cerca y nos proveyó toda la información solicitada, y mas. En resumen una gran estadía en una excelente propiedad que recomendamos a cualquiera que quiera visitar Granada.

There are buses from the airport Granada or you can come by bus too from the main cities like Malaga, Madrid. We are in the Albayzin a very well known area in Granada.

By Bus: From the bus station take bus 3 or 33 to the stop 'Triumph'. Then change trains (it's free) using the bus 7 or F (Albaycin address) and stop at the stop Murcia Highway 5. From there to the house is 5 minutes.

By train: From the train station take any bus (1,3,5,33) to the stop direction 'Triumph'. Then change trains (it's free) using the bus 7 or F (Albaycin address) and stop at the stop Murcia Highway 5. From there to the house is 5 minutes.

From the airport: two options: take a taxi to C / Agua del Albaycin 22 (there are 22 €) or take a bus to the 'Triumph'. Then board the bus 7 or F (Albaycin address) and stop at the stop Murcia Highway 5. From there to the house is 5 minutes.
