Appart hexagonal bright duplex: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, shady garden

Ideally located on the axis Geneva-Evian, a few minutes from the beaches of Lake Geneva, we offer our large apartment (135 m2) duplex in a house architect, for a period of one week minimum, during the months of June, July and August.

At the heart of the village of Bonnatrait, in the municipality of Sciez-sur-Léman, the rental is located on the upper ground floor of the villa Alvéole, one of the most original houses in the region: shaped honeycomb ( hexagonal), and with a circular balcony 360 degrees, it has large windows and large windows and enjoys a large garden with trees.

There is an attic room with two children's beds on the upper floor, the two double bedrooms are on the main floor, one to the east and the other to the west.

Small spaces in half-landing or mezzanine allow each family member to recover or isolate to go about their business.
