Beautiful air conditioned apartment with a large terrace in a pleasant family residence with community swimming pool, in Salou's centre, only 170 metres from the beautiful beach of Playa Llevant with its Jaume I maritime promenade, iconic in Salou.

This apartment, bright and well kept, has been completely renovated not long ago.

It is functional and counts with two nice double bedrooms, the main one with double bed and big storage closet and the second one with two single beds and a closet, as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub amd storage cabinet.

There also is a large independent kitchen, well equipped with vitroceramic cooktop, big fridge-feezer, wide work surface, much storage, a window as well as a seving hatch opening up the kitchen to the petty living room, with dining area, sofa-bed and television.

In the living room, a wide picture window allows to directly walk out to the beautiful corner terrace, covered and furnished, with table, chairs and deckchairs, and from where you have an overall view onto Salou's public park that stands just in front of the residence, as well as onto the resort's main shopping street, Avenida Carlos Buigas, now pedestrian.

This property, comfortable and very well equipped, makes available to you ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room, comfortable furnishing and bedding, much storage, quality household appliances, and includes the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels as well as the air conditioning, installed in the living room.

It is also possible to get, if you want, an Internet Wifi connection, available as an optional service and / or a private parking spot in a closeby residence.

For stock reasons, it is indispensable to book parking spot in advance.

It stands on the fourth floor of a pleasant residence with community swimming pool, benches and outdoor showers, ideally situated in Salou's tourist centre, just on Avenida Carlos Buigas, changed into pedestrian street a couple of years ago.

This allows traffic-free atmosphere and therefore additional quietness, yet presents the important advantage to find close to the residence all kinds of facilities, shops, services and activities.

Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, with fine sand, crystal water, water activities and sports, beach huts, sun beds, etc … , is only 170 metres from the property, just as the long Jaume I maritime promenade, iconic over the region, with beautiful colorful light fountains, children playgrounds, sports tracks, many shops, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream makers…

The other beaches in Salou, such as the main ones Playa Capellans, Cala Llenguadets and Playa Llarga, are very easily accessible by feet walking, for example, through the Camino de Ronda, a pedestrian footbridge fitted out to walk from one beach to another and offering incredible viewpoints.

The famous Port Aventura / Ferrari Land theme park stands only a few minutes from the property, just as a handmade market, very nice, which is installed all summer long in a park (Masía Catalana) at the bottom of Avenida Carlos Buigas.

10 minutes from Salou, you'll find the beautiful cities of Tarragona and Reus, nice to discover for their architecture and numerous shopping streets, as well as the seaside resort of La Pineda with its Aquopolis water park and the seaside resort of Cambrils with its pretty fishing and sailing port.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.

You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.

Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.

The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.

There are about 8 beaches and creeks of fine golden sand, linked with one another thanks to a long pedestrian track, “Camino de Ronda”, going all along the ledge and leading to the famous Jaume I maritime promenade, lined with pine trees, palm trees and fountains.
