Beautiful air conditioned apartment, with a large terrace in a pleasant family residence with community swimming pool, very close to Salou's main beach and in the very centre of the resort.

This apartment, bright and very well maintained, has been completely renewed not long ago and is especially functional.

It counts with two beautiful double bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and big storage closet, the second one with two single beds and a closet, as well as with a complete bathroom with bathtub and storage cupboard.

There also is an independent well equipped kitchen with vitroceramic cooktop, big fridge-freezer, a big work surface, much storage area, a window and a serving hatch opened to the living room with dining area, sofa-bed and television.

In the living room, a wide picture window allows direct access to the beautiful corner terrace, covered and furnished, with a table, chairs and sun beds, and from where you have an overall view onto Salou's local park standing just in front of the residence, and onto the Avenida Carles Buigas, main shopping street in Salou.

This property, comfortable and very well equipped, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room, quality furnishing, storage furnishing, quality household appliances, includes the linen as well as the air conditioning.

It is also possible to get, if you want, a Wifi Internet connection, available as an optional service.

It stands on the fourth floor of a pleasant residence with community swimming pool, benches and outdoor showers, ideally located in the tourist heart of Salou where all kinds of facilities, services and activities are within reach.

Indeed, it stands on Salou's main shopping street, Avenida Carles Buigas, which leads to Salou's large main beach, Playa Llevant, with beach huts and children playgrounds and to the beautiful Jaume I maritime promenade with its fountains, shops, restaurants, etc...

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.

You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.

Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.

The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.
