Cute villa with air conditioning and private swimming pool, standing in the privileged quiet residential area of Las Tres Calas, close to amazing sand creeks with crystal water.

This is an individual house which counts with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two levels with a master bedroom and complete bathroom, as well as a large terrace on the first floor.

The ground floor counts with the 2 further double bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower, a spacious living room and a completely equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher.

The bedrooms are large, each of them equipped with an integrated closet, and all the windows in the villa have been equipped with mosquito nets.

The living room, which offers a sitting zone and dining area with table and chairs, has way out (through the house's main door) to the exterior and to a very pretty porch-like shadowy terrace with deck furniture (table and chairs).

The terrace benefits from a direct view onto the swimming pool and prettily maintained garden with lawn, flowers and olive-trees, barbecue area … Sun beds and an outdoor shower have been installed all around the beautiful swimming pool with Roman stairs and finger grip.

The property that goes all around the house is completely fenced and there is a sliding gate, a big parking area available for up to 3 cars and a spare zone which can be used as a playground for the little ones, just behind the house.

This is a very well maintained and comfortably equipped house which offers, as included services, an Internet connection and Astra satellite TV with French, German and British channels.

The air conditioning, with one device on each floor, and the linen (sheets and shower towels) are both available as optional services.

It is very well located, in a quiet and wooded residential area, close to a little shopping centre with supermarket, restaurant, bar, etc … as well as to an entertainment centre with restaurant, petanque tracks, sports facilities and playgrounds for children of all ages.

Moreover, its situation is pleasant, in a privileged environment with quick access through a coastal road to the beautiful beaches and creeks in Las Tres Calas and, through the national road, to the little typical fishing port of Ametlla de Mar.

It is easy to park just by the beaches in Las Tres Calas where parking spots are fnumerous and free.

This is a perfect place for family holidays, in a quiet and peaceful environment, with both the swimming pool and beach within quick reach.
