This is an individual house which is laid out on two floors with 3 double bedrooms, one of them on the first floor as a suite with its own bathroom and a large terrace.

On the ground floor you'll find 2 additional double bedrooms, one complete bathroom, a large living room as well as a completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

In all the bedrooms there is an integrated closet and there are mosquito nets at all the windows.

Very well maintained, this house is comfortably equipped with an Internet connection and satellite TV with French, German and English channels included.

The air conditioning (with one device on each floor) and the linen are both available as optional services.

Outside, there is a pretty porch-like terrace with shadow spots and furnished with a table and chairs as well as a stone barbecue, and leading to the prettily maintained garden and private swimming pool with Roman stairway.

The property which goes all around the house is completely fenced and has a sliding gate, parking area for your car, lawn, 4 sun beds around the swimming pool as well as an outdoor shower.

In Las Tres Calas' housing scheme, there is a little shopping centre with supermarket, shops, and restaurants as well as a very beautiful hiking route to discover creeks of an unsuspected beauty.

Ametlla de Mar is a fishing village where you'll find all kinds of facilities such as many little restaurants with traditional gastronomy, the fishing port with its fish market, as well as a pretty maritime promenade which goes along the fine sand beaches of this little resort.
