Modern and tasteful, it is located in North Mamaia, in the complex of blocks of Alezzi, on the shore of Zanzibar beach.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms / 2 bedrooms and living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, automatic washing machine, gas hob, microwave, electric hood, coffee maker), 2 bathrooms and a terrace with sea view.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central gas, tv leds in all rooms, wi-fi internet.

The Vegas Apartment is part of a P+8 block of flats completed in June 2018 and is located on the 6th floor where you can climb with the elevator. The apartment complex of the block offers free access to 3 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor pool, fitness room, spa, children's playground, pharmacy and private parking space.

Zanzibar Beach is ideal for families with children and is looking for beach bars for sale and affordable.

The building is located on the first front line at the sea, 1 km from the famous clubs Fratelli, Le Gaga, Loft, Ego Mamaia Club, Crazy Beach.
