We stayed 3 days in busy (tourist season) Dubrovnik. We were a bit unclear on the logistics of parking our car in the city garage (outside of the city walls) and walking the 15-20 min to this apt without a good map (make sure you bring a very detailed map of old Dubrovnik. Even locals had not heard of this little street. We finally found it by asking 3 shop keepers and keeping our eyes peeled. If all else fails, swing a right midway up the grand old staircase in Central old town, where Cercei started her walk of shame, then walk 5 min. The little street is tucked on the left side of the alley under an alcove. You will then find faster ways in and out).
All of this is to say that we were running quite late by the time we got there. But Drago was waiting for us and super sweet and helpful. The apt is adorable and clean, and thankfully tucked away on a very quiet pathway (town can be busy and loud in summer). WiFi was great and we appreciated the coffee maker and coffee.
Would definitely recommend this place, but would be nice if Flat 4 a Day provided more detailed directions on how to reach the apt and the logistics of meeting the owner. Would have put my mind at ease and helped things run more smoothly.
Pack lightly, if possible, as you will be carrying your things all the way in and out (and the city is famous for its many steps :)). All in all, a good stay.
