A Taste of Paradise

A luxury beach front apartment situated in a great location on the west coast of Barbados available to rent. Waterside 306 is located in a luxurious gated block of 26 apartments on the prestigious Mahogany tree lined ‘Paynes Bay’ in St James and enjoys direct access on to the beach. The apartment itself is on the third floor and the elevator stops immediately outside the door. PLEASE NOTE, THIS APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN. We have a running up-grade policy. This year amongst other updates we have added a 65” 4K television with full Flow service.

The apartment features, 3 Bedrooms ~ 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite ~ marble floors throughout ~ 30+ metre pool ~ 65” Cable TV which includes UK soccer package ~. A/C and fans in bedrooms and main lounge ~, complimentary local telephone calls ~on site parking ~ gated area with security/concierge. Situated 2 minute walk away from Daphnes restaurant and just 5 minutes on foot from the Cliff restaurant. Bus stop 1 minute walk from the apartment - all fares just $BD2.

Apartment 306 at Waterside is in a great location, with a wonderful view and position so close to the beach, and it feels very spacious. It is very well equipped, and very comfortable. There are great restaurants close by, and a watersports facility within a couple of hundred yards. We hope to return very soon. Sue Weeks

Having travelled for many years to the Caribbean, we came to the conclusion Barbados has it all. We have stayed for many years at varyious locations in Barbados, before finally coming to the conclusion that Paynes Bay was the place we wanted to be. When we saw Waterside being built we knew we had found the perfect location.

We can put our hands on our hearts and say this is the best apartment at Waterside, apart from the penthouses.

Great View, Great Facilities, Great Accommodation

The apartment is spacious, very well appointed, and continually updated, for instance there is a new super-large television this year, and new patio lighting. Everything still feels "new". The pool at the block is a huge bonus, spanning almost the length of the frontage of the property, with plenty of sun-loungers. The maid service is very friendly, and efficient. It is worth staying in and buying fish from the fish market 2 hundred yards down the road to cook for yourself of an evening. In season, the polo at Holders Hill can be good fun, and there is a Holders Hill market on Sunday mornings.

Best Vacation Ever

This was one of the most enjoyable vacation I've ever had. The accommodation 5 stars, the location couldn't have been any better. The owners are fast responders with all questions, helpful with any problems even though we didn't have any on the trip. As we traveled around the island on the local bus which might be a little rugged for some, made the trip enjoyable. Talking to the local riders helped us find places most tourist would miss. Accommodation was beautiful and stock with everything you need, we are planning for our next stay. Thanks Jim

Exceptional Apartment

Our stay at Waterside in Jim and Dora's apartment was superb and very relaxing! The location of Waterside overlooks the glorious west coast of Barbados, and is conveniently located close to bars and restaurants including The Cliff and Daphnes restaurant. Jim and Dora were a pleasure to work with and no requests were any trouble. A substantial welcome pack greeted us upon our arrival. The apartment itself is very well appointed, comfortable and very spacious. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here!! Thank you Jim and Dora.

Fantastic property

In an superb location right on the beach and just steps away from Daphne's, this property is in a prime spot with views to die for. Beautifully decorated, very spacious and superbly equipped, we could not have wanted more! The photos don't do it justice. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It felt very safe and secure and we liked having security/concierge on site to let us know taxis had arrived etc. Liaising with Jim prior to our visit was very straightforward and we were well armed with all the property's details, pass codes etc. Sonia greeted us and told us all we needed to know on arrival. Lovely pool with comfy sunbeds and very peaceful during our stay. Staff onsite were so friendly - even cutting fresh coconuts from the tree for us to enjoy!

Thank you for a wonderful trip - we will be back!

Absolutely Gorgeous

Jim and Dora were very kind and accommodating to my family. Payment was flexible. The place is absolutely beautiful resting directly on the beach fora stunning view all day long. The place is very safe with security 24/7. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who just wants a luxury home to relax in with their family or partner.

Fabulous Stay

We have just returned from our second stay at Jim and Dora's luxurious apartment and we have already rebooked to return next year! The location of the apartment is fantastic, it boasts a beach view off of the balcony where we enjoyed watching many evening sunsets. The apartment is right in the beach where you can walk for miles in the sand, while also having the ability to access the street for easy access to a variety of restaurants for lunch and dinner. The interior of the apartment is elegantly decorated and beyond spacious to fit my family of four. Jim and Dora are a pleasure to deal with, their attention to detail and prompt response to any inquiries is much appreciated.
