Newly completed 1st floor apartment conversion within an 1830s coach house. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, with an additional sofa bed in the main living room. All new fittings and all appliances you would expect from accommodation of this standard including washer-dryer, Smart TV, dishwasher, free WiFi etc. Stunning views over gardens to the park surrounding Lendrick Muir (grounds and woods open to the public) and on to the Ochils. Conveniently located; 15 minutes to Gleneagles; 20 minutes to Sterling and Perth; 45 minutes from the centre of Glasgow and Edinburgh; 60 minutes from St Andrews. Walkers paradise, but other attractions include local golf club, which welcomes visitors, Dollar Glen and Castle Campbell, Loch Leven, many stately homes and easy access to the Highlands.

Exceptional property in the Kinross area

Very pleasant stay in this loft appartment at Rumbling Bridge. Very clean and new. Nice decor and comfortable accommodations. Owners live in the main coach house and were friendly and attentive. Provided a very generous welcome pack including a bottle of wine. Location is perfect for access to Kinross, Stirling, Edinburgh(45 mns) and Glasgow( 1 hour) with a car. Try the Muckhart Inn for good pub food, about 3km away. Also the Kirkland Hotel in Kinross serves a good meal.

Splendid home away from home (-:

The Swallow's Nest is an all around lovely place to stay. Great location for day trips to St. Andrews, Stonehaven, Dumbarton and so many more places. The smart tv was a definite bonus when we returned from a busy day of exploring. We had everything we needed and felt at home. Terrific showers and appliances, simple clean decor and comfy beds too! Tracey and Tim are very amicable and it was a pleasure to have met them. If I every make it back to Scotland on holiday, their apartment would be my first choice. We stayed at five different rentals during our holiday and theirs was absolutely the best! I am very grateful for their hospitality and for providing such a comfortable place to stay!

Beautiful, luxury home from home

Stayed here for a short break and was thoroughly impressed by the standard of the place, beautifully decorated with high quality furniture and equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect for exploring from East to West (Glasgow, loch lomond, Edinburgh, perth, St Andrews and many more places all with easy reach) . The owners were fantastic leaving us a little welcome pack of essentials and were easily contactable should we have needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will also be staying again in the future.

Spectacular

The property is spectacular and the owners so lovely. They provided everything within the house you could need. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. The kitchen and living areas were immaculate too, with plenty of home comforts.

The garden is also lovely which we were thankfully able to enjoy as we were very lucky to have the best weather all weekend.

Tracey was extremely helpful when we had a little misunderstanding of the type of highchair they had at the property, which saved the weekend for us so our 7 month old could join us at meal times safely.

I can't fault a single thing about this place, everything was perfect and we can't wait to get back again sometime.

Great place to stay in lovely surroundings

What a lovely apartment! Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy was provided. It's in great location for peace and tranquillity but also very well situated for access to many places worth visiting. Tracey and Tim couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We certainly hope to return.

Lovely, cosy apartment. Great for a chill out.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, well equipped and warm.

The location was great with nearby walks. The close proximity to a lot of Central Scotland meant we probably spent too much time visiting places/friends and not enough relaxing!
