The property has the advantage of an outside locked gate for the storage of bikes, before entering the front door.
Downstairs consists of a hall and toilet, before entering a wonderful open plan and incredibly airy (due to skylights along half the ceiling) long kitchen, dining and sitting area. Downstairs has an incredibly homely feel, as it is possible to sit on the tractor bar stools and talk to whoever is cooking or just relax on the sofas.
In the summer it is possible to sit on the outside private patio.
On the middle floor is a double bedroom with double bed and a separate single bedroom. Between these bedrooms is a bathroom with large shower.
On the top floor is another double bedroom with an incredibly comfortable king size bed and an en-suite bathroom (with bath).
The whole house has been redecorated in January 2015 with new furniture added.
As the house is a relatively recent conversion, it is well insulated and remains warm through the use of a smart Nest thermostat.
