About this property

Nice apartment, with terrace, quiet, 55 m2 for 4 to 6 people, located on the ground floor of a villa.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a bed 140, a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine ...
The bedding is new.
A convertible sofa two places 160 (nine) and a flat screen TV in the living room.
Terrace with garden furniture.
Private car parking.
The city center is 200 meters and the beach 50 meters. All trips are on foot.
A single row of houses separates us from the beach.
The beach is supervised, it is large and perfectly adapted to young children.
No internet access.

Outside the months of July and August, renting is possible from two nights. Please contact me to see the possibilities.

Excellent sejour

L'appartement est vraiment très propre. Les voisins très sympathiques et la tranquillité du lieu bien situé à 2 pas de la mer et du centre ville. Merci aux propriétaires et à leur fille pour leur amabilité.

Nette Wohnung

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in dieser Strandwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht den Beschreibungen und den Fotos. Die Betten sind gut und die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nah am Strand, an der Promenade, den Restaurants und Animationen, ideal mit Kindern. Wir konnten die Terrasse auch gut nutzen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Bien de grande qualité

Excellent accueil. La maison est très bien équipée et bénéficie d'une décoration raffinée. La proximité de la mer (vue depuis la terrasse) est fort appréciable... Séjour extrêmement agréable !
