We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location is great, the check in was easy and the apartment has everything you need. Alessandra has decorated the property in a simple and elegant way and it was very clean and comfortable. It is very spacious and light and the welcome bottle of wine, laundry powder and basic groceries like balsamic, olive oil etc were very much appreciated. I would choose this apartment again most definitely.
Stayed here for 5 nights. This apartment is in the perfect location. On a lovely street near a TON of quaint and awesome restaurants. A 10-15 minute walk to everything...Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori, Pantheon, Colosseum. Alessandra manages the apartment but another set of ladies checked us in. They were very nice and answered most of our questions about the apartment. I think they were new to do this. They were a bit confused how to hook up the wifi and where the closest convenience store was. But we managed to figure it out together. The apartment itself is exactly how explained. Very clean. Air conditioning works VERY WELL in all rooms, which was fantastic considering it was so hot while we were there. Water pressure is great! We had a question about the washing machine and emailed Alessandra. She responded promptly and followed up with a personal visit the next morning to make sure we figured it out! If I could give this place 4.6 stars, I would. Only drawback is 2nd bathroom has toilet/shower together and is tiny, which we knew going in so not their fault. I would highly recommend staying here and would rebook same place if coming back to Italy! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!
It was a clean, well appointed place and the owners were so helpful and nice at checkin and checkout. They even gave us their phone number in case we had questions or needed anything. We had three couples and each had our own bathroom. Great area with a neighborhood feel. Everything was within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again when we come again!
The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, quiet and very comfortable. Despite being on the top floor it had a small lift which was handy when you didn't feel up to climbing the 93 steps! Above all, it's location was fantastic. The street it sits in has a lovely variety of quality shops including one of Rome's best ice cream shops and a very handy convenience store. There are numerous restaurants and cafe's within 100 yards and a lovely deli which is a foodies delight. As for the main attractions, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain etc, etc. Finally Ann Marie and Riccardo took the trouble to meet us personally on arrival, despite it being late at night and even supplied a delicious bottle of wine. They made themselves readily available in the event that we needed any help and I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a stay in Rome.....and I'm VERY fussy!
A charming apartment in a great location! We were able to walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Also, a cab stand just around the corner. Anna Maria was responsive and patient with all our communications. The only hiccup was the single outlet in the kitchen made it hard to make coffee, tea and toast at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
This is a great apartment...Three of us stayed here for 6 nights, and we all loved it. It was
very clean, well furnished, in a fantastic location. All of us could walk to nearly every major site we wanted to see, were close to a multitude of really good restaurants (and gelato shops!) in the immediate neighborhood as well as nearby Piazza Navona. There's plenty of shopping for those so inclined. Anna Maria was wonderful...always attentive and able to help with any issues in or out of the apartment. We ate breakfast in nearly every day, and there was a very good grocery market within easy walking distance of the apartment..very convenient.
The only reservation some might have would be the bedrooms located upstairs, with 20 or so steps. It was not a problem for us, but it could be for some. Overall I would rate this apartment as excellent...don't doubt it..it is as good as it looks! All of us would stay here again if we have the opportunity...and we hope we do!
the house is located in a very quiet pedestrian area in the heart of Rome where you can walk to all the places of primary importance as the Vatican, the Spanish Steps, Castel s. Angel, Villa Borghese, etc. A few meters from the house you will find bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, tourist attractions, monuments, museums, churches, exhibitions, antique etc.
