Lovely private ground floor apartment in a low rise development close to the village of Menthon St Bernard and lake front. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms with built in wardrobes . Well equipped kitchen including nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher , fridge freezer, microwave , oven and washing machine. Open plan living and dining area with TV, DVD and satellite TV. Lounge area opens onto a private courtyard and grassy area with outside table and chairs and barbecue of 80m2. There is a bathroom and separate toilet . A large communal 20m swimming pool is available for use in the summer months Mid June until Mid September . There is Private parking outside the apartment.

This property had everything I was looking for , I wanted to be near Menthon St Bernard for its proximity to the lake and mountains where I run a personal training business. The flat is very private with a communal pool and a lovely courtyard garden.

Well appointed and clean, well located in easy reach of the village and lake

We had a wonderful stay [4 of us], thankfully fantastic weather. Did not need to use the care most days, but were able to renew our acquaintance with this lovely area. Great paragliding from Talloires!

A lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful location.

The apartment was a lovely size with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Menthon is a lovely village with a couple of very nice restaurants. I would highly recommend the area and apartment for any family.

The apartment was perfect. ideally located and plenty of space in beautiful surroundings

Claude and Michel welcomed us to the apartment, gave us an idea of places and things to do. Were really helpful.

Menthon was a perfect location for us, paragliding Mecca :-), activities to keep us busy and the lake was fabulous.

We will be looking to revisit as the apartment had everything we needed.

Very convenient, well equipped and comfortable

We had a great week and the apartment suited us perfectly, especially being on the ground floor and so spacious as we had two bikes with us and could easily keep them inside. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and the local supermarket very well stocked and not expensive. Although the weather wasn't brilliant we managed to find plenty to do and particularly enjoyed exploring Annecy. We drove in on market day (Tuesday) as well as catching a bus from right outside the apartment on another day and then coming back by boat. The view from our drive/cycle ride up the Col de la Forclaz was fantastic over the lake and we had a great walk up to where the paragliders take off from. The guided tour of the Chateau de Menthon was interesting (although all in French - it wasn't until the end that we discovered there is an English leaflet available to buy in the small gift shop) and it is a lovely (though steep) walk up to the chateau from the apartment. The Tweedle Tea cafe in the village was certainly worth a visit and they make a very delicious orange cake! We also enjoyed a very good meal at the Chalet du Port restaurant which overlooks the Lake and is in very easy and flat walking distance. Swimming in the pool was magic in such a setting!

We stayed for a week in the apartment, and it was perfect for us three adults with one child. The apartment felt spacious, it had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

Great apartment great location.

Clean, homely and well equipped. Great location if you want to stay local or for exploring the area. Communication throughout was excellent which really helped and the apartment was just as described; the use of the private pool is a nice added bonus and although parking was tight we always had a space. So much to do even on the days when the weather was a little dull and some days we chose to stay in Menthon St Bernard as it has a lovely feel to it and everything is on your doorstep. That being said, we really enjoyed Le Clusaz, Thone, Chambery and of course Annecy (top tip - the first car park you see on the right as you enter Annecy from MSB is free all day but starts to fill up around 10am).

We enjoyed cycling around the lake, a Via Ferrata in Chambery (hire equipment from Montaz Sports or go with a guide if you haven't done it before), our 9yr old son enjoyed local paragliding and the summer toboggan in Le Clusaz.

Recommended as a brilliant place for a holiday whether relaxing or adventurous, great apartment and easy booking.
