Absolutely front line, this 6th floor well equipped beachfront apartment (60 m2. or 645.83 square feet) is situated on the unique Marbella's Paseo Maritimo, a marble-stone paved promenade running alongside the beach which stretches about 5 miles along the Golden mile from Marbella to Puerto Banús. The terrace provides the perfect place for watching the marina, ocean, and the lively walk side. Moreover, a relaxed 10 minute walk will take you to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants; perfect for dining outdoors or having the classic ‘hot chocolate and tejeringos’. And even better…you don’t need a car! So…relax and enjoy our comfortable apartment.

Enjoy your holiday, at 10 steps to the EU prized beach \\\\\\\'Golden Beach\\\\\\\'. It is called the Costa del Golf for a reason! First-class golf courses like Santa Clara, Santa Maria, Rio Real and Marbella Club are located nearby, a lot of others can be reached in a few minutes drive. A 15 minute drive away you will find the Sierra de las Nieves National Park where you can go on 4x4 jeep safaris, quad-bike, fishing, shooting, mountain biking, mountain hiking and horse sports. In the hippodrome of La Cala de Mijas, the weekly horses races during the peak season occur. For interested families: Water park, aquarium, dolphin tours, Selwo safari park. Marbella has a charming historical old city. The orange square in front of the town hall gives off a special flair with its many romantic localities under open air. Visit the surf paradise of Tarifa on the Atlantic with large (30 meter) sand dunes, powerful surf and good wind.

About Isabel or Juan

We are a family of five living abroad for the last 20 years and wishing to retire in Marbella for good. The weather is always great, the people is really nice and we love the south of Spain where the poets are born.

The property belongs to my husband family since 1965, it was the most elegant building built in Marbella at the time, unfortunately swimming pools where not a must at that time. We bought to the family when all the brothers and sister wanted to sell. We love the apartment and the location.

My husband and I spent 10 days at this apartment. The location is fabulous -- just across the promenade from the marina and beach. The historic, old town is easy walking distance. The owners were very helpful -- from advice on transportation from the Malaga airport to shopping advice to sightseeing tips. We would definitely stay here again.

You get what you see in the photographs.

A comfortable appartment; everything you need is there. I liked the idea of using old, but good furniture, painted to make it look still older. It was done with love and care, although the "comfortable" chairs need replacement. The view - for me the first thing I'm looking for when I book - is beautiful.

Of course there is a lot of noise, but that can be expected by the location. The Wifi worked perfect, very fast.

Owner Isabel takes much care. You get answers immediately and I was surprised to get an email after arriving, asking if everything was allright. And taking care of a little lighting problem.

Just 2 tips: a bottle of water in the refridgerator would be nice when you arrive tired and warm. So that you can have a drink before you go shopping, not knowing your way yet.

And what I missed badly: a cityplan. I am not very smart in finding my way around. After the first shopping I got stupidly lost, not knowing what way to go. I knew the appartment was somewhere on the boulevard, but I didn't know to go left or right. Fortunately I saw a mark to the tourist office, who helped this dumb tourist very nicely.

Thank you Isabel for sharing your appartment and finding a very helpful caretaker in the friendly Pepe. I had a wonderful time.

Had great time again in this apartment.

As in the past, I had a wonderful time staying in th is homelike apartment across from the marina in Marbella. The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, and the manager (Pepe) and the owner (Isabel) are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment and will stay there again. The only thing that is a minor problem on weekends is noise from music in the bars and clubs nearby. But I found that the excellent apartment location more than compensates for this nuisance.

Stunning view!

Excellent location! The appartment was clean and well-maintained, with exception of the creaking beds. No dish washer available - please adjust it. Very suitable for 1 or 2 persons, who like to go out during the day and evening. Everything is close by.

This was our second visit,everything was as expected, the owners have changed a few things which made our stay even better. Good booking communication with Isabel and Pepe the concierge is always available. We recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment perfectly placed right on the front in Marbella.

Great experience in a perfectly located apartment!

The apartment is in the center of the Marbella maritime walk, where all the restaurants and cafés are located. The view from the 6th floor is fantastic, with the sea and the sport harbour just in front. The apartment inside is nicely decorated and you feel immediately at home. It is very practical and well designed. It has all you need to enjoy the vacation. From the apartment you can reach all key locations in Marbella within minutes. It allows a good balance between calm and potential activities, as you desire. Thank you to Isabel and Juan, who are very kind and helpful; the same as Pepe, who guards the building. I will certainly come back again!

Location

Car: not necessary

Our condominium is located in the very first beach front area developed in Marbella, right across the Marina and the two beaches surrounding it, and just 10 minutes walk from the old city. Charming and fun, located in the middle of restaurants, shops, and 'garitos' (beach restaurants) where you can enjoy delicious sea food and the famous 'espetones'. The Paseo Marítimo gives you 5 miles of safe biking or walking space, all the way to Puerto Banús and its especial Marina. Finally, if planning to rent a car to explore Andalucía, you have a convenient public parking right in the back street.
